Overview
Shukuajing BI (数跨境BI) is Fanruan’s (Wuxi) self-serve analytics product for cross-border sellers — same family as FineBI / Jiushuyun, with templates aimed at Amazon, DTC, and ads exports. After you authorize or upload, you drag fields into profit, replenishment, CPC, and listing boards instead of living with an ERP’s frozen “daily ops” report.
On 2026-09-06 shukuajing.com loaded. The job it claims is “reports download, Excel chokes, ERP replenishment math is not ours” — not pick-pack, not listing, not bid execution. There is a Selling Partner Appstore card (developer Fanruan; support email on that card xinyi@fanruan.com). A public case describes apparel seller Tiichoo wiring Amazon/Walmart plus internal sheets.
New accounts can claim a 7-day Advanced trial. The free tier is enough to click around; live connectors and scheduled refresh start on paid plans.
Core features and advantages
Multi-source and self-serve tables
You can land Amazon orders/inventory/settlement/returns, Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD), Shopify, eBay, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Walmart, Wayfair, and some ERPs (Lingxing, Tongtu, Saihu, etc.), or upload Excel/CSV. Analysis steps include group-by, filters, and assigned dimensions; charts and dashboards can cross-filter. That is how an operator defines “TACOS by product line” when the ERP cannot.
Profit, replenishment, CPC templates
Official templates cover financial profit, multi-warehouse replenishment, CPC monitoring, and listing research. Amazon Ads direct connect (announced in a Dec 2025 product post) joins campaign rows with Business Reports, FX, and shop maps so you can read ACOS by marketplace or owner. Replenishment uses your lookback days and safety coefficients. At millions of rows this beats a frozen workbook.
Sharing, alerts, row security
Paid plans add internal share, public links, row-level permission, scheduled refresh, and automated alerts. Finance and ads ops can stop emailing files. Someone still has to own the chart of accounts and SKU map, or you have only moved the mess to the cloud.
Supported platforms
The pricing page lists connectors including Amazon (plus Brand Analytics), Shopify, SHOPLINE, Shoplazza, eBay, Lazada, Shopee, SHEIN, TikTok Shop/Ads, Walmart, Wayfair, Rakuten Japan, AliExpress, 17TRACK, Kingdee, DingTalk, Feishu, GA/Google Ads, Facebook, and others. Depth is not equal across every SKU. Confirm Amazon Ads OAuth for your marketplaces before you buy.
Who it's for
- Solo sellers: free + manual upload for a weekly pack; upgrade when you need API pull.
- Mid multi-channel teams replacing “two hours of Excel every morning.”
- Finance / leadership who need profit subjects and row security.
- Skip it if you only need shipping labels (Dianxiaomi or Lingxing ERP) or if nobody will maintain a model.
Concrete use: map SP ads, settlement, and SKU cost, then build ASIN × marketplace net profit. After a peak, if ACOS looks fine but storage ate margin, cut inbound next week instead of raising bids.
Pricing and value
From the price page on 2026-09-06:
- Free: ¥0; ~300k rows, 1 editor + 1 viewer, manual sync, no extra third-party sources
- Advanced: from ¥12,888/year; 5M rows, 1 editor + 5 viewers, 1 third-party source, daily refresh, alerts
- Enterprise: from ¥29,888/year; 30M rows, 2 editors + 10 viewers
Add-ons on Advanced: extra editor ~¥988/user/year, viewer ~¥388/user/year. Implementation is quoted per person-day (site examples ~¥2,500–3,000). This is a second analytics bill on top of ERP; Enterprise is only worth it if you truly need custom grain.
Community feedback
Independent reviews are scarce. Fanruan’s Tiichoo case describes killing a manual daily. The Amazon Appstore card is not a large English review base. Zhihu/Reddit barely mention the brand. Support: +86 18861826656, shukuajing@fanruan.com, NDA available. The learning curve is “light FineBI”; operators who want an ERP button will bounce.
Competitive positioning
Lingxing and Saihu ship fixed profit and ads reports with little room to change the formula. Shukuajing is the opposite: flexible, and you pay for modeling. Generic FineBI is heavier and not cross-border templated. Excel is free and does not schedule well. The product monitors ads; it does not place them.
Alternatives
- Lingxing ERP — inventory, ads, and profit in one ops system.
- Saihu ERP — when multi-platform order profit reports are enough.
- Flying Fish Data Advisor — more “ops advisor,” less drag-and-drop modeling.
Limitations
Free cannot live-connect marketplaces. Price is steep for micro-sellers. You maintain maps and accounts. Not an ERP. Connector coverage is whatever the live auth list says. Marketing claims such as “80% efficiency” are unverified.
Verdict
If someone already spends a morning joining marketplace exports, take the 7-day Advanced trial and see whether profit and CPC can run on a schedule. A single Amazon shop whose ERP report is enough should skip it.
Next step: claim the trial on shukuajing.com, connect one Amazon source, and pay only after the profit math matches settlement.
