Overview
Dianxiaomi (店小秘) is a listing-and-fulfillment SaaS from Shenzhen Meiyunji Network Technology for China-based cross-border sellers. The company was founded in 2014; the same group later launched Amazon-oriented SellFox ERP. In 2026 the homepage still sells a free cross-border ERP: scrape and copy listings, inbox, order rules and labels, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and profit reports. The pitch is breadth, not Amazon ads depth.
The problem is tab-hopping. A solo seller on AliExpress, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Temu half-service otherwise edits stock, buys labels, and answers mail in four seller centers. Dianxiaomi’s bet is one scrape box, one order-rule engine, and one logistics matcher for listing and merchant-fulfilled flow.
It is a Chinese product with Chinese support. Official figures — 70-plus marketplaces, 1,700-plus carriers, 1.8 million-plus sellers, 11 million orders/day — are vendor claims. The about page also cites 3.2 million global users and 30 million orders/day; do not treat either pair as audited. The Shopify App Store rating is polarized (roughly half 5-star, half 1-star), and the developer says the app is built for Chinese sellers.
Next step: register with email and phone, authorize one live store, and run scrape → list → review → label for a week before buying VIP.
Core features and advantages
Scraping, store copy, and bulk listing
The catalog module is the front door. Help docs list bulk list, URL/plugin scrape, cross-platform copy, templates, one-click translate, copycat checks, and in-browser image edit. AI descriptions are a 2026 homepage add-on. That is the job for people moving 1688 or competitor listings onto Shopee, AliExpress, or TikTok without rebuilding title, hero image, and variants in every console.
The free plan does not cap listing volume on many sites, but Shopee, Coupang, Mercado Libre, and SHEIN listing sit behind VIP. Daily copy limits, banned-word libraries, price checks, and scheduled publish are also tiered. “Free listing” is not “unlimited on every marketplace.”
Order rules, labels, and logistics
Orders sell auto-review, carrier match, gift-with-purchase, wave pick, and scan-out. The site claims 1,700-plus carriers and 130-plus overseas warehouses (the about page says 360-plus), plus platform label push. “Tens of millions of orders a day” is a throughput boast, not your shop SLA.
Concrete use: a three-person Yiwu desk dumps AliExpress half-service, Shopee Singapore, and TikTok US into one queue. Rules hold blacklist and incomplete-address orders; the rest auto-buy SLS or AliExpress Cainiao labels. A living-room shelf does not need waves or a PDA. A packing table is why VIP exists.
Purchasing, warehouse, and profit reports
Purchase suggestions, 1688 push, and stock sync to storefronts are for teams that hold inventory. Finance auto-builds profit, purchase, stock, and staff reports. Temu full-service profit needs the scrape plugin to pull declared price and settlement from the backend; fee allocation is VIP.
Do not expect SellFox- or Lingxing-grade ASIN ads allocation. 2026 comparison posts still call Dianxiaomi finance “good enough to see if the shop makes money, not deep enough for ads-driven brand accounting.”
Supported platforms
The help-center list is long: AliExpress (full / half / overseas-hosted; Russia locale unsupported), Amazon, eBay, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Temu, Wish, Ozon, SHEIN, Walmart, Mercado Libre, Wildberries, plus Shopify, WooCommerce, Shoplazza, and other builders. Full-service / half-service modes and regional sites (Allegro, Cdiscount, Jumia, and others) are grouped separately.
Free store caps differ by platform: some sites allow one shop, Shopee and Lazada allow more on free, and AliExpress authorize can require a marketplace service purchase. VIP “10 / 30 / 100 / 200 stores” is per platform, not a global total. Connector maturity is uneven; print one label on a new site before you migrate.
Who it's for
- Solo and small teams listing across platforms, 1688 dropshipping, or shipping from a small warehouse — the free band is usually the first ERP.
- Full-service / half-service sellers on Temu, TikTok, AliExpress, or SHEIN who need inbound orders and label push.
- Mid-size multi-platform firms that will pay VIP for sub-accounts, longer data retention, and overseas-warehouse push.
- Skip it if Amazon ads and SKU profit are the job (SellFox ERP or Lingxing ERP); if you need local-warehouse dropship rather than a listing box (ShopsBu); or if you have no Chinese-speaking desk.
Concrete use case: before listing 50 Shopee SKUs, scrape 1688 into the box, apply a pricing formula and translation, publish to two locales, then turn on auto-review. If publish failures spike, fix category attributes and banned words before buying more scrape quota.
Pricing and value
Dianxiaomi is freemium. Official blogs (March and April 2026, matching the VIP page) list:
- Free: core listing, orders, and labels; usually 1 store per platform, 3 sub-accounts, 120 days of orders, 30 days of logs.
- VIP1: ¥2,016/year (also shown as ¥198/month), 10 stores/platform, 10 sub-accounts.
- VIP2: ¥6,000/year, 30 stores/platform, 30 sub-accounts.
- VIP3: ¥9,888/year, 100 stores/platform, 200 sub-accounts.
- Supreme VIP: ¥19,800/year, 200 stores/platform.
New accounts often get a 7-day VIP trial. Image translation and similar add-ons can bill extra. The Shopify App Store shows USD prices that are not the same grid as dianxiaomi.com — pay on the official site. For listing sellers the free band usually ships the first orders; buy VIP1 when copy limits, extra stores, and longer reports start blocking you.
Community feedback
Chinese seller forums treat Dianxiaomi as the default on-ramp. A 2026 Lingxing vs Mabang vs Dianxiaomi split is blunt: Dianxiaomi wins on free and ease, loses on ads depth and ASIN profit. Zhihu has more “free vs VIP” explainers than long independent reviews. 雨果网 and homepage quotes cluster on store copy, full-service inbound, and overseas-warehouse push.
The Shopify App Store is a different picture: praise for fast labels and a free basic plan, plus complaints about surprise charges, unauthorized fulfillment edits, and hard-to-reach support. Developer replies often point to China-side agents. Non-Chinese DTC sellers should not read “free to install” as global free support.
English Reddit has almost no first-hand threads.
Competitive positioning
Against SellFox ERP: same group. Dianxiaomi lists and ships; SellFox does Amazon profit and ads. Do not use Dianxiaomi to beat Lingxing at PPC. Against Lingxing ERP: Lingxing is the Amazon ops desk; Dianxiaomi is multi-platform fulfillment. Against ShopsBu: ShopsBu is half-service / local warehouse and a goods pool, not a 70-site scrape box.
Alternatives
- SellFox ERP: when you already ship from Dianxiaomi and need deeper Amazon finance and ads.
- Lingxing ERP: default comparison when GMV sits on Amazon FBA and ads.
- ShopsBu: Temu half-service / TikTok local warehouse and dropship, not listing copy.
Limitations
Free is not full. Shopee / SHEIN / Mercado listing and advanced checks lock to VIP. Finance will not replace an ads-driven brand ledger. Shopify international reviews are polarized; read the tier before you pay. UI and support are Chinese. User and daily-order figures are marketing. Peak-season rate limits and failed labels are still yours to watch.
Verdict
For China-based listing, hosted inbound, or small-warehouse shipping, Dianxiaomi is still a reasonable first system: run free, then buy VIP by store count. Pure Amazon ads teams, overseas-warehouse distributors, and independent-site sellers without Chinese support should look elsewhere.
Next step: open dianxiaomi.com, register, authorize one live store, run scrape and labels for a week, then check the VIP page.
