Overview
ShopsBu (店小生) is a warehouse-and-fulfillment product from a Guangzhou team for Temu half-service, TikTok Shop local stores, and Southeast Asian local sellers. It is not Dianxiaomi’s 70-site scrape box. The 2026 site is live: ERP/WMS, US West/East and SEA overseas-warehouse dropship, and US local / POD distribution. Older catalog copy sat under Store Setup / Platform Selection; the live job is stock sync, labels, and warehouses.
The problem is half-service SLA. Temu and TikTok local or half-service expect a local warehouse to ship in 24–48 hours or they fine the shop. Sellers without a US West node need dropship; sellers with a node need multi-store stock locked so they do not oversell. ShopsBu bundles a private-warehouse WMS, cloud-warehouse dropship, and a goods pool in one login.
Sales and pages are Chinese. Footer contact: phone 18928815455, email 214872610@qq.com, address Lianbang Building, Panyu, Guangzhou. The Chrome extension “ShopsBu 店小生-东南亚供应链” last updated in 2021 and has almost no ratings. Independent reviews, Zhihu long posts, and Reddit first-hand threads are effectively absent. A live homepage is not an audited network.
Next step: confirm current nodes, rates, and platform connectors by site or phone, run a small test through inbound → stock sync → dropship, then decide whether to move the main warehouse.
Core features and advantages
Half-service / local stock sync and oversell control
The homepage leads with multi-store stock binding so oversell does not ding the shop. Half-service and local stores often hang one SKU on many shops and URLs; delayed stock is a fine. The WMS side adds stock-out alerts and purchase forecasts. Private-warehouse path: create a private-warehouse account on the authorize page and use the software without their cloud warehouse.
Concrete use: two US Temu half-service shops sell the same yoga top from one West Coast node. ShopsBu writes sellable qty back to both; one order drops the other shop by one unit. Reconcile live stock on day one. Do not trust the marketed 99.99%.
Cloud-warehouse dropship and test inventory
The cloud-warehouse story is stock already in US West/East or SEA, with a claimed sub-24-hour ship after the order. The SEA extension also described a test warehouse: cross-border parcels go to a relay, get a local label, and deliver in 4–7 days as local ship, to cut early inventory risk. The quote block links an image rate card; yuan-per-parcel is a sales quote. The homepage has advertised dropship “from ¥1 per parcel” — treat it as marketing.
This is why the product exists if you must hit half-service SLA without your own overseas node. Goods quality and lost-parcel claims are warehouse questions, not “where is my box?” in the ERP chat.
US POD / local goods pool and COD claims
The distribution warehouse sells US local stock and POD (yoga wear, tees, towels, blankets), one-piece MOQ, marketed as zero commission, with stock pushed to agent listings. The SEA extension also listed vapes, supplements, and 3C — category legality is the marketplace’s rule, not this page. COD refusal and lost-parcel tracking with one-click platform claims is the SEA local add-on.
A goods pool is supply chain, not a software feature list. Check the transfer price, who owns returns, and who pays for oversell. Zero commission usually still leaves storage or per-order system fees.
Supported platforms
The 2026 homepage names Temu, TikTok Shop, SHEIN, Shopee, Lazada, plus US West/East and SEA warehouses. The extension copy targets Shopee / Lazada local shops. There is no public 70-site connector table; do not expect Dianxiaomi’s list. Amazon FBA, ads, and site builders are not the home field.
Which platforms, and how far half-service / local / full-service actually go, must come from sales as a current list. A short connector list is fine if your shops sit on those sites.
Who it's for
- Temu half-service / TikTok US local shops that need local ship SLA and do not own a warehouse (or own a tiny one).
- SEA Shopee / Lazada local shops that need multi-store stock and COD refusal claims.
- Sellers who want US POD / local stock without holding it.
- Skip it if you only need scrape-and-list plus China labels (Dianxiaomi); if Amazon FBA profit and ads are the job (SellFox ERP or Lingxing ERP); or if you need contract SLA and an auditable warehouse network.
Concrete use case: inbound 20 test units to US West, authorize one Temu half-service shop, ship five orders, watch label, tracking, and stock write-back, then talk monthly rates. Do not dump a whole bestseller line in week one.
Pricing and value
The only public software price on the site is private-warehouse ERP: first 1,000 orders/month free, then about ¥0.1 per order. Overseas warehouse and distribution sit on a separate rate card (image quote on the page). Homepage lines such as “from ¥1 per parcel” and “zero commission” are marketing; get a written quote from 18928815455 or 214872610@qq.com.
Storage, inbound, returns, disposal, and oversize usually sit outside the system fee. Split ERP monthly cost from fulfillment cost. There is no public annual VIP grid; do not paste Dianxiaomi VIP numbers here.
Community feedback
Public community is almost empty. Zhihu and 雨果网 have no recitable long reviews; Reddit has no first-hand threads; the Chrome extension shows 14 users, no usable star rating, last update 2021. “Tens of thousands of half-service / local sellers” and 99.99% stock/ship accuracy are vendor lines.
Selection is small-order tests plus a contract. Ask: node city, cutoff time, lost-parcel pay-out, how stock variance is handled, whether you can export data. Teams that treat a WeChat agent as the only ledger will struggle when something breaks.
Competitive positioning
Against Dianxiaomi: Dianxiaomi lists and ships from China; ShopsBu is warehouse and goods. You can run Dianxiaomi for multi-platform orders and attach another 3PL — that is not ShopsBu’s half-service stock loop. Against SellFox ERP / Lingxing ERP: those are Amazon ops desks and will not run your US small-parcel node. Do not use ShopsBu to beat SKU ads profit.
Alternatives
- Dianxiaomi: multi-platform scrape, labels, China warehouse; half-service is one connector among many.
- SellFox ERP: when Amazon profit and ads need to go deeper and warehouse is not the bottleneck.
- Lingxing ERP: default comparison when GMV sits on Amazon FBA.
Limitations
Independent reviews are almost nil; stability is something you measure. The stale extension suggests SEA scrape is not the current focus. Pricing is opaque; fulfillment hides extra fees. The platform list is short. Support email is a QQ address; day-to-day is sales WeChat. US POD and some SEA pool categories carry compliance risk — a rule change delists the goods.
Verdict
China-based Temu half-service or TikTok local sellers who lack a local node can put ShopsBu on a warehouse shortlist in 2026, but only after a test shipment. It does not replace Dianxiaomi and it is not an Amazon ERP. Community proof is too thin to support the “tens of thousands of sellers” line.
Next step: open shopsbu.com, request current nodes and rates, run a test order through fulfillment, then decide on a warehouse move.
