Overview

Lingxing ERP (领星ERP) is a SaaS operations system for China-based sellers who run Amazon as the core channel and then add Walmart, TikTok Shop, Temu, SHEIN, and other marketplaces. Shenzhen Lingxing Network Technology launched it in October 2017. The live site still sells an Amazon-first desk: FBA inbound, SKU profit, ads, replenishment, and buyer messages in one login instead of Seller Central tabs plus spreadsheets.

The actual problem is operational accounting. Amazon fees, FBA stock, in-transit, and ads spend move on different clocks. A team that cannot allocate those costs to MSKU restocks the wrong ASINs and scales ads on listings that only look profitable. Lingxing pulls platform reports into daily profit, inventory, and ads views, then pushes the same SKU into purchase, first-leg, and FBA or overseas-warehouse flows.

It is a Chinese product with Chinese implementation. International teams without a China ops desk should treat English marketing pages as a brochure. The homepage cites iResearch’s 2025 China cross-border SaaS report for 2024 ERP share; that is vendor-cited research, not an independent audit. Help-center changelogs in 2026 (ERP V3.8.x) show active work on Temu, TikTok, SHEIN, Walmart ads, AWD, and settlement profit — multi-platform is thickening, Amazon is still the deepest module.

Next step: register on the official site, authorize one real Amazon store, and run orders → FBA inventory → ads → profit for two weeks before buying an annual seat.

Core features and advantages

FBA inventory, AWD, and replenishment

Lingxing maps local SKUs to Amazon MSKUs, then tracks local warehouse, FBA, in-transit, and (where configured) AWD in one view. Replenishment uses sales velocity plus transit time so a US listing does not start paying inbound placement on a late shipment. 1688 purchase, first-leg, Send to Amazon, and Transparency are documented in the 2026 help center.

A three-person small-appliance team selling US and EU FBA can generate a replenishment batch, pack to Amazon box rules, and compare direct-to-FBA inbound placement versus AWD relay before booking a forwarder. That is the designed workflow. 1688-to-untracked-packet dropshippers will leave most of this module idle.

SKU-level profit and settlement

Finance is why Amazon teams shortlist Lingxing over a warehouse-first ERP. Official pages describe daily profit, order-level settlement, multi-currency, and allocation of FBA and ads fees to product. Costing supports moving-average and FIFO, with nightly recalculation of recent months. 2026 settlement updates added FX gain/loss and configurable fee allocation for TikTok, Walmart, and Temu.

Use it to kill a listing with a healthy conversion rate but negative contribution after FBA, storage, returns, and ads. Zhihu threads praise this allocation when it matches Seller Central, and they also flag older cases where finance lagged the accountant’s workbook. Reconcile one settlement period before you restock from the dashboard.

Amazon ads and listing operations

Lingxing is one of the few China ERPs that treats Sponsored Products / Brands / Display as an in-app workflow, not an export. Official copy covers keyword mining, timed rules, and post-campaign comparison. Listing tools cover price edits, bulk create, FBM quantity, and competitor / keyword monitors. The homepage lists Amazon Ads Advanced Partner and SPN.

This fits “three stores, three ads consoles, no shared ACOS.” It does not replace a specialist PPC desk that explains why ACOS moved. 2026 Chinese comparisons still call Lingxing ads ERP-grade reporting and rule execution.

Multi-platform fulfillment and AI helpers

Official help lists 40-plus connectors, including TikTok (full-service too), Temu half/full-service, SHEIN modes, Walmart, AliExpress, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, Mercado Libre, Shopify, Ozon, Rakuten, Wayfair, and several independent-site builders. Inventory auto-sync is documented for Amazon, TikTok, Temu half-service, SHEIN, Walmart, AliExpress, Shopify, eBay, and Wayfair. 2026 homepage AI covers copy, customer service, ads hosting, and analytics — assistants on the ERP, not a separate SKU.

Supported platforms

Amazon is home: FBA, FBM, MCF, AWD, inbound placement math, and ads APIs. 2025–2026 work deepened Temu, TikTok Shop, SHEIN, and Walmart rather than matching a listing-heavy ERP on eBay or Shopee catalogs.

Expect Amazon first, then Walmart / TikTok / Temu / SHEIN at “can ship and reconcile,” then a long tail whose listing, ads, and finance fields must be checked per store. Connector maturity is not uniform. Authorize a test store and print one label before you migrate history.

Who it's for

Amazon-first small teams under the official 5,000-order free cap, mid-size Amazon brands adding Walmart or TikTok Shop (or Temu/SHEIN half-service), and multi-store Amazon groups that need role permissions, alerts, and a WeChat/mobile daily report.

Skip it if you are a high-SKU listing seller on eBay / AliExpress / Shopee with a packing warehouse as the bottleneck, or if finance already lives in Kingdee / SAP and only needs a thin order pipe. Those teams usually look at Mabang ERP or a WMS-first stack.

Pricing and value

The official price page (checked 2026-09-06) has no public RMB matrix. The FAQ states a free plan with full modules at or below 5,000 orders/month, annual packs sold by order volume after registration, and a 60-day no-reason refund claim. Third-party monthly retainers are ignored unless they appear on lingxing.com. Implementation, extra warehouses, and some overseas-warehouse connectors can sit outside the seat. The free band is real value for a solo Amazon seller who will open profit and ads daily. Past 5,000 orders, get the quote in writing and trial with production data before the refund window closes. Sales line: 400-880-0606.

Community feedback

English Reddit (r/FulfillmentByAmazon, r/AmazonSeller) has almost no first-hand Lingxing threads. Discussion lives in Chinese communities.

Zhihu threads such as “领星erp有哪些优点和缺点?” usually agree the UI is cleaner than older China ERPs, Amazon fee allocation to product is the reason to switch, and the product is a poor fit for listing/wholesale sellers. Separate answers (some from 2021–2022) complain about finance accuracy, data freshness, and permissions. Re-test profit against a live settlement rather than treating those posts as a current bug list.

雨果网 and AMZ123 carry vendor profiles and awards, not long critical reviews. A 2026 Lingxing vs Mabang vs Dianxiaomi split — Lingxing for Amazon ads and ASIN profit, Mabang for long supply-chain and warehouses, Dianxiaomi for cheap listing — matches how this catalog’s compare page frames the pair. None of those articles are audited market share.

Competitive positioning

Against Mabang ERP, Lingxing is the Amazon operations desk (ads, FBA math, SKU profit). Mabang is the warehouse and multi-platform pipe, with a steeper learning curve. This site keeps a dedicated Mabang vs Lingxing compare page for that shortlist.

Against Jushuitan SaaS ERP (Cross-Border Edition), Lingxing is the outbound Amazon specialist. Jushuitan is stronger when the same company already runs Taobao / JD / Douyin volume and wants one inventory pool plus a serious WMS.

SellFox ERP sits in the same Amazon-seller neighborhood. Shortlist it only if a live demo shows ads and profit coverage you actually use.

Alternatives

  • Mabang ERP: better default when eBay, Shopee, AliExpress, and a packing warehouse matter more than Amazon ads.
  • Jushuitan SaaS ERP (Cross-Border Edition): better default for domestic-plus-export groups that need WMS and one inventory pool.
  • SellFox ERP: another Amazon-oriented ERP to demo if Lingxing’s quote or connector list does not fit.

Limitations

Amazon depth is the product. Non-Amazon listing, translation, and bulk-move tools are thinner than ERPs that grew up on eBay and AliExpress. Finance dashboards still need a human reconciliation. The interface, implementation, and 400 line are Chinese. Paid pricing is opaque until a salesperson sizes order volume. AI copy and ads-hosting should be measured on a few campaigns, not turned on across the catalog.

Verdict

Choose Lingxing if Amazon FBA, ads, and SKU contribution are the daily bottleneck, you operate from a China team, and you will live in profit and replenishment screens. Solo sellers under the official 5,000-order free cap should start there. Multi-platform warehouse teams, and companies whose ERP decision is really a WMS decision, should demo Mabang or Jushuitan first.

Next step: open lingxing.com, register, authorize one Amazon store plus ads, and reconcile a single settlement week against Seller Central before you sign an annual pack.
