Overview
SellFox ERP (赛狐ERP) is an Amazon-first operations SaaS from Shenzhen Meiyunji Network Technology, the same group that builds Dianxiaomi. Dianxiaomi is the listing-and-shipping product; SellFox is the profit, ads, FBA replenishment, and customs desk. The official about page dates the product launch to March 2021. In the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore the listing is named SellFox and the UI is Chinese-only.
The problem is not “we need another listing tool.” Mid-size Amazon teams watch ads spend, FBA storage, settlement payouts, and first-leg freight on different clocks. Operators restock from conversion; finance finds out at month-end that the ASIN lost money. SellFox parses platform fees into a profit report, puts ads and replenishment in one login, then attaches Temu, TikTok Shop, and Walmart stores to the same inventory.
It is a Chinese product with Chinese implementation. Headquarters sit in Shenzhen’s Tianan Cloud Park; the site advertises 75 city offices and 7×16-hour support. Frost & Sullivan’s 2025 China cross-border ERP study is cited for “fastest user growth” and 113% three-year CAGR — vendor-cited research, not an audit. “500,000+ mid-to-large sellers” is the same vendor claim.
Next step: register on sellfox.com, authorize one live Amazon store plus ads, and run orders → FBA inventory → ads → profit for two weeks before buying an annual pack.
Core features and advantages
SKU profit and fee parsing
Finance is the product. Official copy claims 1,000-plus fee types, P&L, and payout tracking. Help-center notes for the new profit report: data comes from Amazon APIs (no plugin import), the latest settlement day is available, and 200-plus Amazon fee kinds are mapped. Monthly books usually land between the 2nd and 5th; wait until after the 5th to close. Order-level rows update daily.
A three-person small-appliance team selling US and EU FBA can stop pasting Settlement reports into a sheet. Open the profit board by store, ASIN, and owner, and kill listings that convert well but go negative after FBA, storage, returns, and ads. Reconcile one settlement period before you restock from the dashboard.
Ads, FBA replenishment, and Seller App replacement
Ads cover keyword mining (including ABA), bulk campaign create, 24-hour bid and negative-keyword rules, and post-campaign review. The homepage also lists Walmart, Temu, TikTok, and Mercado Libre ads. FBA tools include replenishment, inbound shipments, and first-leg tracking. The live sales / ads / profit board is sold as a replacement for Amazon’s Seller App tab-hopping.
This fits “three marketplaces, three ads consoles, no shared ACOS.” It does not replace a specialist PPC desk that explains why ACOS moved. Replenishment suggestions still need a human check against in-transit and inbound-placement fees.
Inventory, customs, and multi-platform fulfillment
Inventory is sold as OMS + WMS + supply-chain collaboration for purchase, outbound, and online handoff. The 2026 homepage adds a compliance block: customs filings, invoicing, order matching, export-tax rebate, 9810 write-off, income tax, and entity structure. FBM orders, freight comparison, overseas-warehouse stock, and the SellFox mobile app (dashboards, ads briefing, approvals) are for teams that already run a warehouse.
1688-to-untracked-packet dropshippers will leave most of this idle. Customs is not a CPA firm: filings and entity design still need a tax advisor.
Supported platforms
Amazon is home. Appstore and help docs cover North America, Europe, Japan, the Middle East, and India, plus VC, FBM, and FBA views. The 2026 homepage claims 28-plus marketplaces and names Walmart, Temu, TikTok Shop, and Mercado Libre. The price grid excludes Shopify from the free-plan order cap and store count — confirm before you authorize.
“Connected” is not “equally deep.” Amazon profit and ads are the thick modules; Temu campaign filing and TikTok creator outreach are still being thickened. Print one label and reconcile one payout on every non-Amazon store before you migrate history.
Who it's for
- Mid-size Amazon teams whose daily screens are ads, FBA replenishment, and SKU contribution.
- Amazon brands adding Walmart, TikTok Shop, or Temu who want one SKU and profit view instead of a second listing ERP.
- Companies already shipping from Dianxiaomi that need a deeper Amazon finance desk. The two products can coexist; do not assume the data auto-aligns.
- Skip it if a packing warehouse is the bottleneck (Mabang ERP), if you only need free listing and labels (stay on Dianxiaomi), or if you have no Chinese-speaking ops desk.
Concrete use case: before sending 500 units to US West FBA, check 30-day profit, ads spend, and in-transit in SellFox, and confirm the ASIN is not ads-inflated gross margin that turns negative after settlement.
Pricing and value
The official price page (checked 2026-09-06) sells annual order packs, not a monthly store seat:
- Free: ¥0, about 3,000 orders/month including Amazon and multi-platform orders (Shopify excluded), 20 stores, 100 sub-accounts.
- 200,000 orders: ¥12,000 (about ¥0.060 per order)
- 500,000 orders: ¥25,000
- 800,000 orders: ¥35,000
- 1.3 million orders: ¥50,000
- 2.5 million orders: ¥75,000
- 6 million orders: ¥120,000
Paid tiers list 100 stores. Keyword-rank, listing, competitor, and hijack monitors, plus marketing-email quotas, scale with the pack. Paid plans advertise 1:1 support (7×16 hours) and a 60-day no-reason refund. Extra quota is sold as add-on packs. Third-party “¥200/400/800 per month” tables do not match sellfox.com and are ignored here.
For most mid-size Amazon sellers the free band is enough to run profit and ads. Past 3,000 orders, buy the pack that matches real annual volume and trial on production data inside the refund window. Invoices are requested by the master account on the in-app purchase page.
Community feedback
English Reddit has almost no first-hand SellFox threads. Discussion lives on Zhihu and trade sites.
Zhihu comparisons of G+ / Lingxing / SellFox usually split the market as: Lingxing for Amazon ads and SKU profit, G+ for finance granularity, SellFox as the later Amazon-oriented product with a free plan and per-order packs. One seller described a clean cutover from Kingdee; other answers are competitor sales posts. In 2024 the Shenzhen Intermediate Court held Dianxiaomi and Meiyunji jointly liable for unfair competition over SellFox’s 2021 UI — a public judgment, not a substitute for your own trial.
雨果网 and directory write-ups are mostly vendor copy. On-site migration help is a selling point; SKU mapping and reconciliation still take real work.
Competitive positioning
Against Lingxing ERP: both are Amazon-first. Lingxing is older, with a more settled ads and FBA-math reputation. SellFox uses the free band and order packs to chase the same mid-size sellers, and talks more about customs and BI. Authorize one store on each and compare the same settlement week.
Against Mabang ERP: Mabang is warehouse plus multi-platform listing; SellFox is not a packing-line product. Against Jushuitan SaaS ERP (Cross-Border Edition): Jushuitan fits groups that already run large domestic volume and want one inventory pool; SellFox is the export Amazon desk.
Alternatives
- Lingxing ERP: default Amazon ads, FBA, and SKU-profit comparison.
- Mabang ERP: better default when eBay / Shopee / AliExpress plus a packing warehouse matter more.
- Jushuitan SaaS ERP (Cross-Border Edition): better default when Taobao / JD volume already exists and export is one extra pipe.
Limitations
Amazon is still the deepest module. Non-Amazon listing and translation are thinner than Dianxiaomi or Miaoshou. Profit boards must be reconciled to Seller Central. Shopify is carved out of the pack. UI, implementation, and support are Chinese. The 2021 UI dispute is on the court record; “it looks like Lingxing” is not a feature test. Growth and user-count claims are unaudited.
Verdict
Shortlist SellFox if a China team lives in Amazon ads, FBA replenishment, and SKU contribution and wants a real free band before an annual pack. High-SKU listers, warehouse-throughput teams, and domestic-plus-export groups should demo something else first. Buy SellFox for the Amazon finance Dianxiaomi does not do.
Next step: open sellfox.com, register the free plan, authorize one Amazon store plus ads, reconcile a settlement week, then buy the annual order pack on the price page.
