Overview
SellerSpace (优麦云) is Chongqing Yunya’s Amazon store-and-ads SaaS, the operational sister of SellerSprite. Sprite answers “what to sell and which keywords”; SellerSpace answers “how to steer SP/SB/SD today, how profit is allocated, how inventory and hijackers look.” Web, browser extension, and WeChat mini program share one subscription in vendor copy. Public timelines put a 2020 launch, later Amazon SPN / ads-partner badges (check the live site).
Amazon only. Auth is official SP-API. One Amazon store maps to one SellerSpace account; one SellerSpace account can hold many stores. 2026 product posts add bid-automation rules, Amazon Marketing Cloud audiences, and an MCP so assistants can touch ads. Treat those as a capability list; lock permissions yourself. “AI changed my bid” is not Amazon’s blessing.
Core features and advantages
Ads manager and dayparting
It syncs Sponsored Products / Brands / Display, shows hourly spend, and edits bids, budgets, placements, and on/off, plus automated harvesting, negatives, and pauses. That is why Chinese Amazon sellers pay: change budget from a phone at night without living in Seller Central. Rules are rules. A bad rule will spend while you sleep — trial on a low-traffic store.
P&L, fee allocation, inventory
Beyond orders and ads, it can allocate SB/SP/SD, monthly rent, Lightning Deals, Vine, coupons, and payment fees down to SKU. FIFO or fixed cost. Practical path: load inbound and packing costs first, then match “ads-order hour” to dayparts — do not run on default ACOS alone. Allocation still is not your tax ledger.
Hijacker watch, mail, three clients
Inventory, hijack monitoring, and buyer mail (review asks) sit in the same login. The extension is for the storefront; the mini program is for glance-and-bid. Monitor features often burn credits (hijacks, reviews). Sprite’s keyword/product lists can push into SellerSpace for bulk targeting if you pay for both — separate signups.
Supported platforms
Amazon only. Help/sales copy cites ~21 NA/EU/Asia locales (US, CA, MX, UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, JP among the ads-benchmark set). No Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Walmart ads. Latency: roughly 60 days of ads backfill hours after auth, then hourly-ish for the last two days and attribution-window updates for history — read the help center, do not assume tick-level sales.
Who it's for
- Small/mid Amazon catalogs and multi-store teams that need dayparting and mobile budget edits.
- Teams already on SellerSprite who want research and ops split instead of one heavy ERP.
- Skip it if you are not on Amazon, only need product research, or need multi-marketplace warehouse ERP (Lingxing, Dianxiaomi, Mabang).
Concrete use: three US ASINs burning SP. After auth, read 14-day hourly conversions, cut dead night budgets, raise bids in converting hours, negative out junk terms from Sprite. Reconcile to Seller Central ACOS a week later, not only to SellerSpace charts.
Pricing and value
New authorized users commonly get a 30-day full trial. 雨果跨境’s company page (still showing in 2026) lists Startup RMB 2,880/year and Enterprise RMB 5,880/year. Third-party menus also show a view-only ~RMB 980/year, monthly Startup ~RMB 360, and Flagship ~RMB 8,880/year, plus coupon nets. Tiers usually split stores, sub-users, orders, and credits.
On 2026-09-06 confirm sellerspace.com/price; the figures above are 雨果 and directory reprints, not a live screenshot. SellerSprite membership does not log you into SellerSpace. Invoices and refunds follow the help center. If ads are your main traffic, a year of seats is often cheaper than one bad bid week. A handful of SKUs you already babysit may not need Enterprise.
Community feedback
Chinese sellers treat it as “Sprite’s in-store companion.” AMZ123/雨果 Q&A: linking risk (vendor: SP-API, one store one account), missing sync, mini-program budgets. PartnerShare comments like dayparting + rank holding + review asks. Almost no English Reddit. Talk lives in Sprite communities and WeChat, not r/AmazonSeller. “60+ pain points” is marketing.
Competitive positioning
SellerSpace is Amazon-light ops + ads. SellerSprite is research. Lingxing/Dianxiaomi/Mabang are multi-marketplace ERPs. Keepa is price history. Helium 10 is broader and dearer for English-first teams. Pure bid agencies will not allocate SKU profit the same way. “Sprite + SellerSpace” is a common Chinese stack, not a requirement.
Alternatives
- SellerSprite: product and keyword research; complements ads, does not replace them.
- Lingxing ERP: multi-marketplace warehouse and finance; ads are one module.
- Dianxiaomi: multi-marketplace orders and listing, not Amazon dayparting.
- Keepa: ASIN price and BSR history, not PPC.
Limitations
Amazon-only. Automation can burn budget. Credit-metered monitors. Data lag. Paying for two Yunya products adds up. Weak English docs. MCP/AI write access needs tight scopes. Auth-network folklore about linking is your risk model plus the vendor’s SP-API claim — not a legal opinion.
Verdict
Use SellerSpace when Amazon ads need dayparting and a phone console. Keep research in Sprite or elsewhere. Multi-marketplace warehouses belong in an ERP. Next step: sign up at sellerspace.com, authorize one store, finish the 30-day trial, then pick Startup vs Enterprise on /price.
