Overview

IrobotBox (赛盒ERP) is the cross-border management suite from Shenzhen Irobotbox Technology. Vendor materials date the company to 2010 and aim it at mid-to-large sellers, not solo listers. On 2026-09-06, irobotbox.com still shows four lines: ERP, overseas-warehouse OMS/WMS, purchase-sales-inventory, and intelligent warehouse planning. The ERP page slogan remains “the cross-border ERP big sellers use.” There is no self-serve tariff. The doors are “book a demo” and a login at erp.irobotbox.com.

The problem it claims to solve is not “another label printer.” It is getting treasury, role/KPI, product master, purchasing, listing, orders, CS, warehouse, logistics, and reporting onto one process for a company that already has a floor and a headcount. The site claims 50+ marketplaces and independent stores, 60+ overseas warehouses, and 2,000+ logistics channels. The homepage also says “260,000+ sellers”; AMZ123’s company blurb says “nearly 500+ mid-to-large sellers.” Those figures differ by an order of magnitude. Treat both as unverified vendor copy.

Amazon SPN, Ads advanced partner, and high-tech enterprise badges are first-party. A Shopify app listed in October 2024 has no reviews. en.irobotbox.com loads, but implementation is still a Chinese-language exercise. A solo seller will read the homepage as “it does everything.” The real cost is implementation, training, and annual fee — not the length of the module poster.

Next step: book a demo at irobotbox.com/reserve, bring daily order volume, bin count, and the marketplace list, and get in writing whether WMS/PSI is inside the annual fee and how long go-live takes. Do not put IrobotBox in a budget before that quote.

Core features and advantages

Orders, warehouse, overseas 3PL

Orders: marketplace pull, smart warehouse assignment, audit rules, split/merge, blacklist, push to overseas warehouses, FBA in-transit init. Warehouse covers inbound, in-warehouse, outbound, and returns; a WMS-PC pitch mentions hardware hooks and lower mis-picks. The overseas-warehouse product is OMS+WMS for 3PLs, not a default seller add-on. Official cases describe 2,000+ daily packets and mixed apparel/accessories listing teams — that is the operating scale they want.

Concrete use: an 80–100 person Shenzhen firm selling the same SKU on Amazon, eBay, and AliExpress, packing eBay/AliExpress from a local floor, sending FBA restock, and pushing a slice of orders to a 3PL such as Orange Connex. IrobotBox is selling rules and tracking callbacks on that chain, not a “print label” button. A team with tens of FBA orders and no warehouse will pay training time for bin workflows they never run.

Finance, payouts, claims

Treasury copy includes bulk payouts (PingPong / LianLian), smart pay, Amazon settlement views, 18-month claimable cases, and 1688 checkout. The PSI product is local warehouse plus FBA, aimed at teams that need close-the-books inventory, not only Seller Central settlement. The Amazon-specific landing page promises “next-day operating profit.” As with every Chinese ERP, trust the dashboard only after one full settlement cycle ties out.

Listing, ads, team KPI

Product master: 1688 listing, multi-site scrape, banned words, image/title libraries, variations and bundles, Buy Box repricing. Sales management splits Amazon / eBay / Wish / AliExpress / Shopee / Cdiscount listing, plus an Amazon ads dashboard and a “Phoenix plan” for price/in-out rules. Team management is custom roles plus KPI boards — useful only once you have departments. Auto-follow and looping listings are aggressive tactics; brands should check marketplace policy before treating them as defaults.

Supported platforms

The 2026 site names Amazon, eBay, Wish, AliExpress, Shopee, Walmart, Lazada, Cdiscount, plus “50+ including independent stores.” The Shopify app repeats that list. Marketplace geography follows Amazon/eBay (US, UK, DE, JP, and so on). This is not a single-country SKU.

“Connected” is not equal depth. Amazon has Phoenix, FBA, claims, ads; eBay has looping listings and offers; Wish / Joom look like listing templates. Temu / TikTok full-service is not the 2026 homepage hero. Before migrating, print one label and pull one settlement on a test shop.

Who it's for

  • Mid-to-large multi-platform teams with a local or overseas warehouse, hundreds to thousands of daily orders, and a need for roles and KPIs.
  • Companies that want PSI close, claims, and 1688 bulk buy, not just a listing plugin.
  • Skip it if: the old Zhihu comparison still applies — modest monthly GMV, few SKUs, no use for management modules. A personal Amazon shop should start with Lingxing ERP or SellFox ERP. A Shopee store-group lister should look at Keyouyun or Tongtu, not this implementation.

Pricing and value

The official site has no yuan table, only demos. On Amazon’s Selling Partner Appstore the developer entered RMB 10,000 per month or RMB 120,000 per year. That is an Appstore field, not an irobotbox.com plan. Confirm in writing whether it still holds and which modules it includes. Third-party posts citing “8,000/month, 96,000/year” or “2,000–5,000/month” contradict each other and are not used here.

Older Zhihu notes: annual billing, no shop or order cap, no free tier, steep learning curve. The community bins IrobotBox with “big-seller ERPs,” dearer than Mabang/EasyCang narratives and in a different band from Lingxing’s free order tier. Implementation, training, and whether WMS/PSI is bundled can sit outside the ERP year. Do not invent ROI without a quote.

Community feedback

A Zhihu thread on popular cross-border ERPs (around 2021) described Saihe as full-featured, aimed at mid-large sellers, expensive, no free version, high learning cost; sellers with monthly GMV under about USD 300k could skip. That is the most complete independent comparison found — not a 2026 re-test. English Reddit barely mentions IrobotBox. The Shopify app has zero reviews. Official cases are anonymised. Support paths: sales phone, complaints ts@irobotbox.com, front desk 0755-28227734. No public ticket SLA.

Competitive positioning

IrobotBox and Mabang ERP both chase mid-large multi-platform plus warehouse. Mabang’s user-count story is larger and it has a SEA edition; IrobotBox leans custom, PSI, and warehouse planning. Lingxing ERP and SellFox ERP are Amazon-first with public or semi-public order-volume plans and lighter onboarding. Tongtu is smaller listing-plus-orders. Do not fight a personal FBA price war with IrobotBox.

Alternatives

  • Mabang ERP — the closest multi-platform warehouse counterpart; also sales-quoted.
  • Lingxing ERP — deeper Amazon profit and ads, with a free order band, for teams not yet in “enterprise implementation.”
  • Tongtu ERP — listing and shipping for smaller teams that do not need ten modules.

Limitations

Opaque price, sales-only. Heavy implementation. A long module list is not a used-module list. Homepage user counts disagree with AMZ123’s “500+ mid-large.” Temu / TikTok depth needs a separate check. Auto-follow features carry policy risk. English support is weak (the Shopify listing says the developer does not offer English support). Profit and claim outputs must be reconciled on the marketplace.

Verdict

In 2026 IrobotBox is still a heavy ERP for companies that already have a warehouse, an org chart, and multi-platform volume. The site loads and you can book a demo. Buy only after a written quote and a week of live documents — not after the ten-module poster.

Next step: open irobotbox.com, book a demo, demand a module-level quote, and run pull → assign warehouse → label → callback on a test shop. If you still sit near Lingxing’s free order line, do not start here.
