Overview

Tongtool ERP (通途ERP) is the operations suite Shenzhen Aishang Online Technology sells to China-based cross-border sellers. The about page dates the company to 2010. The live catalogue is ERP 2.0 (shared SaaS and dedicated cloud), Listing, an ads system, WMS, a logistics platform, an open API, and ERP 3.0. It is built for the seller who lists the same SKU on eBay, AliExpress, Shopee, Temu, and TikTok Shop and still has four order queues.

The 2026 homepage claims 70-plus marketplaces and 1,000-plus carriers and overseas warehouses. Help-center notes from February 2026 still patch Amazon online shipping, Shopee channel fees, Cdiscount VAT, and Temu fully managed cartons, so long-tail connectors are not frozen. The center of gravity is listing-and-pack rules, 1688 purchasing, scan-to-label, and PDA warehouse work — not Lingxing-style FBA placement fees and bid changes.

Chinese product, Chinese implementation. Next step: register for the 30-day trial, connect one eBay or Shopee store plus a real bin location, and finish a week of pick-pack-ship before paying.

Core features and advantages

Multi-store orders and rule-based review

Orders land in one queue. Rules match warehouse and carrier, hold risky orders, and keep a buyer blacklist. That is the right shape for a small team shipping a few hundred parcels a day across more channels than people. A concrete case: an eight-person Guangzhou group sells the same consumer-electronics SKU on eBay US, AliExpress, and Shopee Singapore. FBA orders never hit the pack bench; small parcels follow a freight rule. Teams that only run one Amazon store and live in ads and ASIN profit will spend the trial clicking modules they never open again.

Tongtool Listing

Listing is a separate product: one product file, many channels, scheduled publish, collection/migration, translation, and bulk stock edits. The site states the first 1,000 live listings are free; after that you buy quota. For eBay, AliExpress, and regional marketplaces this is more complete than an orders-only tool. It does not replace category approval or a lawyer on copycat risk.

Warehouse, PDA, and labels

Outbound copy stresses barcode picking, multi-SKU sort, scan-to-print, and API labels from 1,000-plus carriers. Warehouse is full inventory plus PDA putaway, count, and pick. Purchasing can suggest replenishment and push 1688 orders. If you have a pack floor and three-digit daily volume, demo this with live SKUs. Pure FBA with no local warehouse is paying for WMS you will not use.

Service, finance, and reports

Shared inbox, refunds, and blacklists reduce Seller Central / eBay tab hopping. Finance covers supplier settlement, platform receipts, and PayPal. Reports are sales and profit. Chinese comparisons usually say orders and catalog are fine, profit grain is average — close one settlement cycle before you fire SKUs from the dashboard.

Supported platforms

Named 2026 connectors include eBay, Amazon, AliExpress (including managed modes), Wish, Lazada, Shopee, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok (including fully managed), Temu (half-managed, local, fully managed), SHEIN, Mercado Libre, Ozon, Allegro, Coupang, Wayfair, Cdiscount, OTTO, Mirakl, Fruugo, and Bol.com. Sourcing includes 1688 and Tao World.

Connected is not equal. Listing, ads, and VAT fields differ by channel. The ads system is sold separately for eBay, Amazon, and TikTok. Check the connector list for the stores you actually run.

Who it's for

  • Solo and small teams with roughly a hundred parcels a day who want a public price sheet instead of an annual negotiation. The online plan is monthly, unlimited stores and sub-users.
  • Mid-size multi-channel teams with a local warehouse, 1688 inbound, and at least two of eBay / AliExpress / Shopee / Temu. Dedicated cloud is the next step when volume hits four digits a day.
  • Companies that need source or microservices: ERP 3.0 is a different implementation path, not the ¥299 SKU.

Amazon-only FBA with ads and replenishment math usually shortlists Lingxing ERP. Heavy Taobao/JD volume plus a thin export line should start with Jushuitan.

Pricing and value

Checked on 2026-09-06 at tongtool.com/price.html:

  • Online plan: ¥299 per month, includes 6,000 orders, then ¥0.05 per order. Aimed at small teams with about a hundred parcels a day. Billing starts after the 30-day trial.
  • Dedicated cloud: ¥20,000 per year, unlimited orders; ¥2,000 first-year deployment; cloud servers extra.

Add-ons are priced separately: scan-to-label (¥150/month or ¥10,000/year), multi-bin warehouse (¥200/month), mail, invoices, QC, new-product development. Listing: 1,000 free. Do not budget ¥299 if the pack line needs scan-to-label and bins. Ask 400-0600-405 for a quote that lists volume and modules.

Community feedback

English Reddit barely mentions Tongtool. Chinese comparison posts put it next to Mabang: Tongtool wins on listings and order rules and a public price; the UI is dated; the cheap plan shares servers. Mabang is described as heavier warehouse and supply chain. Cifnews has a product explainer with the same price table, not a long independent review. Overseas-warehouse vendors such as Winit still list Tongtool as an ERP that can drop ship orders, which at least means fulfillment connectors are in use.

Support is account managers, the 400 line, and a Chinese help center. Training videos exist. Teams that expect “install at lunch, print at 2 p.m.” usually bounce.

Competitive positioning

Versus Mabang ERP, both are export multi-channel plus warehouse. Mabang does not publish RMB list prices; Tongtool does. Warehouse throughput stories usually favor Mabang.

Versus Lingxing ERP, Tongtool is not an Amazon ads and SKU-contribution product. If Amazon is most of GMV, demo Lingxing first.

Versus Qianyi ERP, Tongtool is more eBay/AliExpress listing plus a public monthly fee; Qianyi leads with Southeast Asia warehouses and Shopee/Lazada editions.

Alternatives

  • Mabang ERP: export-native multi-channel ERP with a heavier WMS/TMS story.
  • Lingxing ERP: Amazon-first FBA, ads, and SKU profit.
  • Qianyi ERP: BEST Inc. family, more Southeast Asia local service.

Limitations

The online plan shares servers; judge peak stability in the trial. Add-ons inflate the headline ¥299. The UI is old. Amazon ads depth does not match Lingxing. “70-plus platforms” is marketing; verify long-tail connectors per store. Profit reports are not statutory books. There is no English self-serve SaaS checkout.

Verdict

Use Tongtool if you are a China-based multi-channel seller with a pack bench, you want a public price, and eBay or regional listings are still daily work. Skip it if you only live in Amazon ads and ASIN profit.

Next step: open tongtool.com, start the 30-day trial, connect two live channels and one warehouse, and re-read the add-on table before you pay.
