Overview
Qianyi ERP (千易ERP) is the cross-border SaaS of Hangzhou Yingquan Cloud, a BEST Inc. company. The about page calls it a full-channel software vendor: 100-plus marketplaces, 300-plus local overseas warehouses, 1,000-plus logistics channels, with offices in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Sister products include Qianyi WMS, TMS, a mobile app, B2B, and POS. ERP is one SKU, not the whole stack.
The problem it targets is Southeast Asia fulfillment, not another Amazon dashboard. The same stock on Shopee country sites, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, plus a local or third-party warehouse, usually breaks first at order rules, stock sync, and first-leg. Qianyi’s bet is regional editions (Standard leans Amazon, SEA leans Shopee/Lazada, Flagship spans both) plus one purchase, batch-inventory, and profit layer.
Chinese-first, with an English site and asia.qianyierp.com for overseas teams. Next step: request a trial, authorize a Shopee or Amazon store and a real warehouse, and run pull-review-label for a week before you hear the annual or per-order quote.
Core features and advantages
Multi-platform orders and auto-review
The product page lists “too many orders, too slow to ship” as pain point one: auto pull, warehouse/carrier by freight, split, gifts and notes, fast labels, exception alerts. Ops copy says 40-plus marketplaces. A concrete case: a Hangzhou apparel team sells one SKU on Shopee Singapore/Malaysia and Lazada. Rules send cheap packets one way and overseas-warehouse orders another; hot SKUs pick by bin first. Pure US FBA with no SEA warehouse will find a slice of the menu unused.
First-leg, multi-warehouse, replenishment
Purchase suggestions use stock, velocity, and capital per warehouse. First-leg tracks local → overseas → platform-warehouse stock and cost. Warehouse covers QC inbound, carton-label scan, local/platform/overseas queries, and transfers. Growth-stage copy explicitly says “link QianYi WMS”. If you only send to FBA, this layer is thin. If you already rent SEA space or sit on BEST-related fulfillment, put WMS in the same demo.
Profit and reconciliation
Pain point two is “profit is not real-time”: pull platform settlements, rebuild profit by store and SKU, claim “to the last cent.” Gross-margin preview names Shopee and Lazada. Homepage copy adds SKU profit, settlement error under 0.5 percent, and Kingdee/Yonyou links. Treat those as vendor claims; close one settlement cycle before you use the numbers for commission. The module is not local tax filing.
Editions: Standard, SEA, Flagship
Store management on the product page: Standard = Amazon; SEA = Shopee, Lazada and similar; Flagship = Amazon, Shopee, Lazada and similar. Feature lists also mention Shopee/TikTok ads, Facebook live and post orders, and Shopee/Lazada/Temu/SHEIN managed modes. The 2024 timeline adds Temu, SHEIN, Facebook, and US TikTok. Pick the edition from the home marketplace; do not assume Flagship includes every add-on.
Supported platforms
Vendor figure: 100-plus marketplaces. Named channels include Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Temu, SHEIN, and Facebook; sourcing includes 1688. Amazon’s Selling Partner Appstore lists “千易ERP” from Zhejiang BEST Technology: products, orders, inventory, purchasing, first-leg, settlement, reports; pricing “Free to use,” contact the developer. A Shopify listing exists with no reviews at check time.
Connector depth is uneven. Shopee managed, Facebook intake, and Amazon ads are different products. Demo the stores you actually sell.
Who it's for
- Early teams that need a standard path from pull to ship.
- Southeast Asia multi-site sellers who want MY/TH/VN local staff, not a Shopee connector bolted onto an Amazon ERP.
- Growth companies with overseas warehouses or WMS, needing permission isolation and finance split as volume jumps.
US Amazon FBA that lives in ads and replenishment usually starts with Lingxing ERP. eBay/AliExpress listing plus a China pack line should look at Tongtool ERP or Mabang ERP.
Pricing and value
Checked 2026-09-06 on the official product page: three editions, no RMB list prices.
- Standard: billed by order volume.
- Southeast Asia: billed by order volume.
- Flagship: billed annually, “contact us.”
The Amazon app listing says free to use and quote on request. Third-party blogs quoting ¥198/398/698 per month are not on qianyierp.com and are not used here. WMS, the B2B pack, implementation, and local service may sit outside ERP. A written quote should name edition, volume band, and whether warehouse is bundled. Site resources include BestSoftwareOP@best-inc.com and phone copy 15868535220.
Community feedback
English Reddit has no useful first-hand Qianyi threads. Amazon and Shopify listings had no buyer reviews at recheck. Chinese coverage is directories and vendor pages (AMZ123, Cifnews) stressing BEST, SEA offices, and warehouse linkage. Independent reviews are thin.
A fair read: a logistics group’s ERP, so warehouse and SEA presence are the story; Amazon ads reputation is not in Lingxing’s class. Go-live is a project (master data, authorizations, bins), not an afternoon toggle.
Competitive positioning
Versus Lingxing ERP, Qianyi puts Shopee/Lazada editions and SEA offices on the homepage; Lingxing puts FBA, ads, and SKU contribution there. Amazon profit first, demo Lingxing.
Versus Mabang ERP and Tongtool ERP, all three can run multi-channel warehouses. Mabang and Tongtool grew from China export parcels; Qianyi leans BEST fulfillment and SEA local warehouses. Teams already on BEST logistics get a shorter integration story.
Alternatives
- Lingxing ERP: Amazon-first FBA, ads, and SKU profit.
- Mabang ERP: export multi-channel plus WMS/TMS, not tied to BEST warehouses.
- Tongtool ERP: public monthly fee, older eBay/AliExpress listing depth.
Limitations
No public RMB price. Thin independent community. “100-plus platforms” and “to the last cent” are marketing. Wrong edition means missing modules. Training is Chinese-first; English signup is another host. Profit is not statutory accounting.
Verdict
Shortlist Qianyi if Shopee/Lazada or multi-country local warehouses are the home field and you want SEA on-the-ground service. Skip it if you only run US Amazon ads or you need a public eBay listing price sheet.
Next step: open qianyierp.com or /web/product/qerp, say whether you need Standard or SEA, and run one live store and warehouse for a week.
