Overview
SellingExpress (速易特ERP) is an Amazon operations system from Shenzhen Suyite Technology. Company copy dates founding to 2009 and still describes the product as focused on “refined Amazon operations.” On 2026-09-06, sellingexpress.net leads with a PPC assistant, FBA restock, a near-real-time sales helper, listing monitors, multi-dimension reports, and buyer email — not Shopee listing. Trials register on 3.sellingexpress.net. The footer copyright runs through 2025; iOS and Android clients still shipped version notes in late 2025, so the line is maintained.
The problem is Amazon work split across ads, FBA inventory, VAT invoices, and buyer mail when you run several shops and marketplaces. Seller Central can show each piece; it will not run timed bid rules, restock formulas, and holiday auto-replies in one place. SellingExpress sells those as buyable modules, not a Mabang-style ten-block warehouse ERP. An older Zhihu comparison already named the gaps: no listing, weaker purchase-sales-inventory. The 2026 “all features” grid still includes purchasing, shipping, and warehouse, but the hero is ads, restock, CS, and profit. Weight the product that way. Do not hear “ERP” and assume a lister.
Amazon Appstore, SPN, and Ads partner marks are first-party. Support: 400-118-6099 / +86 755-82734451, service@sellingexpress.net, Longhua, Shenzhen. Next step: authorise one real Amazon shop on the trial, turn on only PPC or FBA restock for a week, and check the numbers against Seller Central before buying the steward plan.
Core features and advantages
PPC assistant
The homepage lists timed bid changes, timed campaigns, keyword work, multi-account, and an audit log. Help-style copy includes start/stop windows (for example weekday peaks) and rules on ACOS, conversion, and sales. This is the module an operator touches daily, and the difference versus ERPs that only export ad reports. It does not replace a PPC team or a specialist ads tool. It fits shops that already have campaign structure and need the rules to fire on time.
Concrete use: a three-person team on US and UK, four ad accounts, tired of toggling campaigns at 08:00 and 22:00 in each console. They park rules in SellingExpress and reconcile spend versus orders the next day. If a rule overspends, a human still has to stop it.
FBA restock, live sales, listing watch
FBA restock syncs FBA inventory, uses 3/7/14/30-day sales and days-of-cover, allows custom formulas, and simulates future stock. The “Hai Mai” helper is for near-real-time sales and orders, not next-day reports. Listing watch: ASIN keyword rank, hijack alerts, email. The product-performance page claims 45 operating metrics. Restock output still needs Amazon inbound-placement fees and lead time on top; the formula does not encode AWD or low-inventory surcharges.
CS, invoices, SKU profit
CS: multi-shop, multi-marketplace mail, templates, one-click reply. Mail tools mention reviews, VAT invoice upload within 24 hours, and holiday replies. Profit reports combine settlement, ads, COGS, and freight at SKU. Purchasing has multi-level approval and supplier scorecards; shipping talks to domestic forwarders and some overseas carriers; warehouse includes multi-site and overseas transfer. That is the “steward” bundle. Zhihu’s point still matters: do not assume bulk Amazon listing creation.
Supported platforms
The homepage and the Amazon Appstore listing put Amazon in the centre and mention multiple Amazon marketplaces. Company blurbs and encyclopaedia pages still name historical eBay, Wish, Shopify, and AliExpress connectors. 2026 heroes, cases, and app changelogs orbit Amazon sales, ads, and FBA carton workflows. Do not treat it as a multi-platform listing ERP. Shopee / TikTok store groups belong on Keyouyun or Tongtu.
Sites follow the Amazon shops you connect. VAT, VCS, and hijack coverage must be proven on a real marketplace during trial.
Who it's for
- Small-to-mid Amazon teams with live ads and FBA, whose pain is console-switching, restock sheets, and mail SLAs.
- Modular buyers who want a PPC assistant or steward plan without a full WMS.
- High-volume listers who need PDA picking: shipping/warehouse exist on the site, but community consensus is PSI weaker than Mabang/IrobotBox. Start with Mabang ERP.
- Skip it if: you are not on Amazon; you need scrape-and-list; you want Lingxing’s free order band plus in-ERP ads. Pure PPC teams can also compare specialist ads tools instead of buying because the category says ERP.
Pricing and value
Rechecked 2026-09-06 on the official plans page:
- Steward plan: from RMB 499
- PPC assistant: from RMB 399
The page does not say whether 499/399 is monthly or yearly, or how many shops it includes. It also says more features and connectors are coming and custom work goes through an account manager. Amazon’s Selling Partner Appstore shows Starting at $58.58 / month (converted from CNY, reference only) plus a free trial. Third-party “from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands” quotes describe projects, not this tariff card.
For a small Amazon shop, “from 499” is cheap if it is annual and less interesting if it is monthly versus Lingxing’s paid bands. Confirm billing period on the post-login order page. Do not screenshot the two homepage numbers and stop.
Community feedback
The Zhihu ERP round-up called SellingExpress simple, affordable, and modular, aimed at smaller sellers who do not need extreme analytics; downsides were no listing and weaker PSI. Official cases are anonymised (3C lister from tens of orders/day to 2,000+, 150k+ mails/month, 100+ shops; finance tie-out and commissions). No English Reddit thread turned up. An App Store client exists; that is not an ERP reputation score. Support is phone and WeChat, not a public ticket forum.
Competitive positioning
Versus Lingxing ERP and SellFox ERP, SellingExpress is a platter of Amazon ops assistants: ad rules, restock math, and mail/invoices can be bought apart. Lingxing/SellFox fold profit, ads, and restock into one Amazon-shaped back office and talk in order-volume plans. Versus Mabang ERP, this is not a warehouse centre. Do not send it at a Shopee store group.
Alternatives
- Lingxing ERP — Amazon profit, ads, and FBA restock in one place, with a free order tier.
- SellFox ERP — Amazon finance and operations with public order-volume bands.
- Mabang ERP — switch here when you need multi-platform warehouse and listing, instead of stretching SellingExpress’s warehouse module.
Limitations
Listing is weak. PSI is shallower than warehouse ERPs. The public prices are “from” figures; period and shop caps need a human. Non-Amazon platforms should not be assumed. Auto bid rules can overspend. A claims assistant appears in older Cifnews copy but is not the 2026 homepage hero — confirm during trial whether it is still a lead feature. Profit fields need a settlement-report tie-out.
Verdict
In 2026 SellingExpress fits Amazon teams that already run ads and FBA and want rules plus mail in one login. It does not fit anyone who hears “cross-border ERP” and means listing or a large WMS. The site is live, the floor prices are posted, a trial exists. Whether it is worth it depends on what “from 499/399” means in your account and whether a week of data matches Seller Central.
Next step: register at sellingexpress.net, connect one Amazon shop, enable only PPC or restock against Seller Central, and confirm billing period on the plans page and with support before you pay.
Data notes
Rechecked 2026-09-06 against sellingexpress.net home and plans, the Amazon Appstore listing, and Zhihu. Founding year 2009 per vendor. published (2024-03-15), monthlyVisits, domainRating, and authorityScore are catalogue placeholders and unverified. Billing period for the 499/399 floors, shop caps, and non-Amazon connectors must be confirmed in-account.
