Overview

Jetstar Supply Chain (Guangzhou Jetstar Supply Chain Co., Ltd., 捷仕) is a China-origin Amazon FBA first-mile forwarder: air, ocean, and express into US, Canadian, European, and Japanese fulfillment centers. It is not a Shopee labeling warehouse and not a tracker like 17TRACK. On 2026-09-06 jetstarexp.cn returned Cloudflare 403. You cannot verify a transit table or book online from the official site.

AMZ123 and Kuajingyan-style directories say it registered on 2016-08-03, focuses on China-to-US/EU/CA/JP FBA, and sells air, ocean, express, FCL/LCL, with Guangzhou/Shenzhen pickup and agents for clearance. That is directory copy. A B2B listing also named a legal representative, a Baiyun District address, and 11–50 staff — not rechecked on a live corporate site.

What you are buying is FBA prep (carton splits, labels), export/import clearance, and a delivery appointment into Amazon, plus space in peak season. First-mile rates move with fuel, peak surcharges, and exams. There is no catalog price. Tracking still goes through 17TRACK or the carrier’s own number.

Core features and advantages

FBA air and ocean menu

Public blurbs list air, ocean, express, FCL and LCL into US, Canada, Europe, Japan (Australia appears in some copy). Air for speed, ocean for cost — the standard FBA menu, not unique. No citable 2026 door-to-FC calendar. Before you book, write chargeable-weight rules, tax-included or not, battery policy, and who pays exams.

Clearance and labeling

Directories stress declaration guidance and destination clearance to cut returns, plus FBA carton work and FNSKU labels. That is the value-add and the failure mode: wrong label, oversize, bad HS, Amazon refusal, then storage and return fees you should have allocated in the contract. “Self-run US warehouse” is useful if true for exception handling; ownership is unverified.

Pickup footprint

Kuajingyan copy offers free pickup in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, with other origins such as Jinhua. That fits Pearl River Delta factories. Yiwu small parcels for Southeast Asia platforms are a different product — see Jiaxin Supply Chain.

Supported platforms

The destination is Amazon FBA (US, CA, EU, JP, and whatever the salesperson puts on paper). Not Shopify 3PL, not Shopee SLS. Last mile may be UPS-class trucking depending on the product card. The site is blocked, so the marketplace list is a sales PDF, not a webpage.

Who it's for

  • Small and mid-size FBA sellers with a replenishment cadence who need a clearance-capable first mile, not occasional courier tickets.
  • PRD factories/brands that want pickup instead of self-haul to the airport.
  • Skip it if you only sell Shopee, have no Amazon inbound plan, or must self-book on a website — you cannot, today.

Concrete use: 8–10 weeks before Prime Day, quote 200 cartons into a US West FC on both air and ocean. Require written chargeable weight, battery rules, exam handling, delay liability, and appointment windows. Ship 20 cartons first to watch labels and check-in, then release peak space.

Pricing and value

No public 2026 tariff. First mile is quoted per shipment. Fuel, peak, oversize, residential, and exams are extras. Get at least three quotes, including another EU/US FBA specialist such as Kaiqi. While the site is 403, do not scan an unofficial “Jetstar” payment QR.

Community feedback

What is public is directory English, not Reddit or Zhihu longform. Category complaints about FBA first mile: peak rolled cargo, silent exams, payout fights, cheap lanes quietly switched to slow boats. Treat those as category risk. Judge the contracting entity, insurance, and invoices — not adjectives on a nav site.

Competitive positioning

Kaiqi Supply Chain sells the same EU/US FBA transit story. YunExpress is more parcel/line-haul than pallet FC inbound. GOODCANG is overseas warehousing, not first mile. Amazon owns check-in rules and refusals. Jetstar is one of many Guangzhou FBA forwarders; “market maker” is marketing, not a verified rank.

Alternatives

  • Kaiqi Supply Chain — another EU/US FBA first-mile quote.
  • YunExpress — parcels and dedicated lines, not a full pallet-FBA substitute.
  • Amazon — inbound appointment rules and FBA fees the forwarder cannot rewrite.

Limitations

Cloudflare 403, no self-serve rates. Self-run warehouse and clearance-success claims are unverified. FBA first mile is crowded. Peak space and customs exams are not fully in the forwarder’s control. No public insurance wording. Not a Southeast Asia labeling warehouse.

Verdict

You can still put Jetstar on a 2026 FBA first-mile RFP — only via a corporate contract and a written lane sheet. Do not treat the site as a booking portal until the 403 clears. If you do not sell Amazon, skip it.

Next step: request a lane sheet and contract from someone who can show Guangzhou Jetstar’s legal entity; quote at least one peer. If the site stays 403, do not paste shipment data into a webpage.
