Overview
Kuajingyan (跨境眼, Shenzhen Qianhai Kuajingyan Technology) is the Ecang-group content plus matching site. It is not a forwarder and not a warehouse. Sellers post “need a warehouse / lane in country X” or inquire against listed 3PLs; providers pay for leads. Alongside that: news, events, the magazine Jingji de Kuajing Ren, and the Overseas Warehouse Blue Book.
On 2026-09-06 kuajingyan.com loaded. The footer claims ~20k daily UV, ~200k registered users, 360k+ inquiries matched, ~1,800 warehouse/logistics brands — all first-party, unverified. Phone +86 18027664359, email service@kuajingyan.com. Browsing warehouses is free after sign-up; reports and some events are paid.
It answers “who does US West returns relabel?” It does not subscribe tracking, print labels, or run inventory. Rates, damage, and payment terms sit between you and the 3PL.
Core features and advantages
Warehouse and lane directory
fw.kuajingyan.com filters by country and service tags: one-piece dispatch, FBA transfer, returns relabel, clearance, last mile. Inquiries should state cube, batteries, and sales channel. Listings are paid display, not a certification grade. You still audit the building, billing cycle, and insurance.
Demand posts
xq.kuajingyan.com lets sellers publish a need and wait for providers. Useful when the brief is sharp (German returns node, US bulky). Expect sales pings; you filter.
Reports, events, Ecang funnel
Blue Book and digital issues are priced on the events site (often tens to a few hundred CNY). Editorial often points at Ecang ERP/WMS. Treat the domain as trade media plus yellow pages, not software.
Supported platforms
The directory spans US, DE, UK, JP, AU, SEA warehouses and lanes as providers join and leave. Seller sales channels are unrestricted in the UI (FBA transfer, DTC dispatch, TikTok/Temu semi-managed tags appear). Kuajingyan does not OAuth marketplaces.
Who it's for
- Small/mid sellers splitting some FBA volume into a 3PL: post a need or shortlist three warehouses by country.
- 3PLs buying leads.
- Skip it if you already have a contracted 3PL, or if you only need a tracker such as 17TRACK.
Concrete use: write a US West returns-relabel brief (daily orders, SKU size, FNSKU), filter for “returns inspection + relabel + dispatch,” quote at least three operators on handling and dead-stock rules, then sign. Do not pick the homepage ad slot alone.
Pricing and value
Seller browse and demand posts: free (account required). Provider membership is sales-led (fw.kuajingyan.com/home/service-grade); this page does not invent an annual fee. Digital reports on the events site start around ¥39.9 in samples; magazines cost more. Seller cost is screening time, not a SaaS seat.
Community feedback
Sellers treat it as one warehouse-hunting door next to AMZ123 and Hugo (those domains sit in the footer friends list). Almost no independent long reviews of the matching UX. Provider-side copy is recruitment. No useful Reddit thread. WeChat IDs in older posts (e.g. kjygc2020) should be confirmed via the site help center.
Competitive positioning
AMZ123 and Hugo are broader nav/media. SEACANG, Anxing, Xiaomi Cloud Warehouse are actual 3PLs. 17TRACK/TRACK718 are trackers. Ecang ERP/WMS is a paid sister product — not the same as this free directory.
Alternatives
- AMZ123 — broader seller-tool navigation.
- Hugo — industry news and vendor content.
- 17TRACK — tracking when you already have a waybill.
- SEACANG — evaluate one 3PL brand directly.
Limitations
No carriage, no quality guarantee. Ads ≠ quality. Reports cost money. Editorial overlaps Ecang. Traffic/inquiry claims unverified. You still do due diligence.
Verdict
Use Kuajingyan to post a warehouse/lane need and compare three quotes. Do not expect it to run stock or tracking.
Next step: register on kuajingyan.com, filter by country or post a demand; contracts come from the 3PL. Platform issues only: service@kuajingyan.com.
