Overview

SEACANG (海仓国际) is a Shenzhen-headquartered, Bangkok-branched warehouse network for Southeast Asia. It is not a US/EU 3PL. Cifnews dates the company to October 2019. Sellers use it because Shopee and Lazada local stores have to ship from in-country stock: freight leaves a Shenzhen consolidation warehouse by sea or air into Thailand, the Philippines, and other nodes; marketplace orders go out on Kerry, J&T, FLASH, BEST, or EMS; returns are processed locally. The same brochure also sells a self-built ERP (OMS / WMS / TMS / SCM), collection accounts, shop opening, and traffic services.

On 2026-09-06 seacang.com is a live Vue app that needs a browser. Directories list Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, with floor area quoted anywhere from “12,000+ m²” in early copy to “30,000+ m², at least two buildings per country” in later trade interviews. Use the network map sales sends today. SEACANG still appears in the Shopee service market in 2026 as a six-year self-operated SEA warehouse.

First-mile plus local stock is the product. Shop-ops and review services are a separate, compliance-sensitive pitch. This page treats warehouse and system claims as the checkable core.

Core features and advantages

First-mile and multi-country stock

China consolidation is in Shenzhen. Thailand lanes are described as sea, land, and air; the Philippines as sea and air. An older Cifnews profile put Thailand around 10,000 m² / 8,000+ daily orders and the Philippines around 3,000 m² / 5,000+. A 2025 interview described four Bangkok buildings and a rule of two sites per country, aimed at seizures and regional outages. SEA enforcement risk is real; splitting buildings matters more than one giant shed. Inbound rules, batteries, and sensitive goods are sales items.

Dropship, last-mile, and returns

Local-store orders pick-pack in the building and tender to domestic couriers. Copy also mentions virtual-warehouse dropship and COD pickup. Returns: receive, open, QC, restock or after-sales. On high-return Shopee categories, restock speed moves margin more than the ocean rate. Last-mile brands are partners, not a SEACANG post office.

Self-built ERP

OMS, WMS, TMS, and SCM sit in one login, with claimed Shopee / Lazada API hooks and a 2-per-10,000 error rate. Cifnews once advertised ERP rental to other warehouses from RMB 0.04 per order — a recruiting figure, not a 2026 public card. The system is bundled with the warehouse. Changing 3PLs means changing software; price that in.

Supported platforms

Shopee and Lazada local stores are the core. SHOPline, TikTok, and Facebook appear as add-on traffic, not warehouse coverage. Countries: six SEA flags in marketing; Thailand and the Philippines are the most specified; Vietnam and Malaysia show up in the Shopee listing; Singapore and Indonesia appear in older “coverage” lists. Ask for the live address and daily capacity. Shenzhen consolidation does not replace destination customs or a local legal entity. VAT and marketplace onboarding are usually outside the warehouse contract.

Who it's for

  • Chinese sellers opening Thailand / Philippines local stores that cannot ship from China and still pass the platform’s origin rule.
  • Teams with proven sell-through that can fund a sea-freight cycle.
  • Skip it if you are still testing on China direct parcels; if the real market is US/EU FBA or DTC; if you want a neutral ERP and a interchangeable warehouse; if you need a self-serve public tariff.

Concrete use case: three SKUs on Shopee Thailand already convert on ads. Ocean in 30 days of cover to a Bangkok building and switch the shop to local channels. Confirm whether a 30-day storage holiday still exists, restock SLA on returns, and upcountry last-mile add-ons. Do not containerize 50 untested new SKUs.

Pricing and value

No public 2026 rate card. Expect origin freight (CBM or kg) + inbound + storage (often a free window, then daily / CBM) + pick-pack + last-mile + returns. A 2025 DNY123 piece called SEACANG storage “relatively expensive, a peer benchmark.” Treat that as an anecdote. Historical ERP-per-order figures are not current prices.

The model works when local-store traffic and transit time justify 30–60 days of locked cash. Testing stays on China parcels. Get destination address, free days, overage, sensitive-goods, upcountry, and return fees on one sheet for your SKUs.

Community feedback

No usable independent Reddit or Zhihu threads. Cifnews, AMZ123, and the Shopee market mostly reprint the company bio. The 2025 DNY123 interview is brand-side. Generic SEA warehouse complaints — raids, customs, last-mile delays, count variance — apply to the category. Ask for a warehouse walkthrough or video and a merchant reference before you book a container.

Competitive positioning

Versus GOODCANG: GOODCANG is US/EU; SEACANG is SEA local stores. Versus YunExpress: YunExpress cannot satisfy a must-ship-local shop. Versus Little Secret Cloud Warehouse: China-origin packing versus destination stock. Versus other SEA warehouses: the public differentiator is a self-built system and multi-site self-operation, not a cheaper published pick fee.

Alternatives

Limitations

No public tariff; network square meters disagree across years. The homepage is client-rendered and looks empty to some crawlers. ERP is tied to the warehouse. Shop and traffic add-ons need their own compliance review. No 3PL removes SEA regulatory risk. Default language is Chinese.

Verdict

RFQ SEACANG when a Shopee / Lazada local store is already converting and you need on-hand stock in Thailand or the Philippines. If you are still parcel-testing, or the home market is US/EU, use another warehouse or a line-haul. Next step: leave a lead on seacang.com, ask for the live address, free-storage window, and return restock time, then trial one or two SKUs by sea before you point ad spend at the local shop.
