Overview
TEMBIN (天秤星) ceased operations on 1 February 2026. On 2026-09-06, tembin.com is only a wind-down notice: the team says it was founded in 2016, served Amazon sellers for nearly a decade, and is closing remaining obligations. Users with unused prepaid balance must scan the on-page QR code and register a refund. Do not treat TEMBIN as a live logistics-term or payout product.
Before shutdown, TEMBIN sold M3-style freight terms to Amazon sellers: pay the forwarder about three months later so cash could stay in inventory and ads. It was not a bank, not a Payoneer-style receiving account, and not an ERP. Older catalog copy called it an “Amazon-recommended logistics solution.” That was pre-shutdown sales language and must not drive a buying decision.
This page keeps the last known homepage and covers status, how to reclaim a balance, and living cash-flow alternatives. If TEMBIN is still wired into a first-leg quote or an ERP payment node, cut over to the forwarder’s own terms or a working collection account.
Core features and advantages
The only live action: reclaim the balance
The notice promises refunds after verification. There is no self-serve dashboard, no published SLA, and no public support inbox on the page. Scan the QR code, register, and keep top-up records, contracts, and bank slips. Unfinished terms and in-flight freight may still be collected by the carrier — do not assume shutdown cancels amounts owed.
M3 terms before shutdown (background only)
M3 deferred logistics charges about 90 days. For peak Amazon inbound that behaved like short-tenor supply-chain finance, with fees inside the quote. Because the product is gone, rates, underwriting, and which forwarders still settled through it are unverifiable. Do not pay anyone claiming a “still-open TEMBIN channel.”
What it never replaced
TEMBIN did not issue multi-currency collection accounts, file VAT, or track parcels. Vague “market analysis and customer support” lines have no 2026 product page. Amazon’s Selling Partner Appstore once listed a similarly named “Libra Star” seller app (data and mail). That is not M3, and it does not prove the TEMBIN site is trading.
Supported platforms
Pre-shutdown, the home turf was freight bills for China-based Amazon sellers. The site no longer lists marketplaces or carriers. After 1 February 2026 the supported-platform list is empty.
Who it's for
- Former users with a balance: register the refund per the notice and get the in-flight bill in writing.
- Sellers still hunting freight terms: ask your current forwarder for monthly settlement, or fund inbound from a live collection account. Do not chase an unofficial TEMBIN clone.
- New sellers: skip this product.
Concrete use: export historical invoices, match them against the forwarder’s open freight, then move first-leg to cash or contracted monthly terms and keep ad/inventory cash in Airwallex, LianLian, or Payoneer.
Pricing and value
Nothing is for sale. Do not reverse-engineer an M3 spread from old marketing. Anyone asking for a “processing fee” before refunding prepaid funds should be checked against the official QR channel to avoid phishing.
Community feedback
The only first-party document to cite on 2026-09-06 is the homepage notice. Independent long-form posts about the shutdown are scarce; search also collides with astrology, GMO Tenbin AI, and the old Libra crypto project. No extra official X/Weibo statement turned up. Trust the tembin.com text.
Competitive positioning
Collections and FX belong to LianLian, Airwallex, Payoneer, and WorldFirst. Supply-chain tenor belongs in a licensed facility or a forwarder contract — not a dead M3 brand. Overseas-warehouse dropship malls solve SKUs, not freight terms. Do not market those live products as a “TEMBIN upgrade.”
Alternatives
- Airwallex — multi-currency accounts for payouts and freight.
- LianLian Global — licensed marketplace collection and settlement.
- Payoneer — another live account for Amazon disbursements and supplier pay.
Limitations
The product is dead. Refunds depend on QR-code support with no public SLA. Carriers may still chase in-flight terms. The name collides with unrelated “Libra/Tenbin” products. Stale Appstore rows can look like a live listing.
Verdict
Do not sign up, renew, or hand new freight terms to a TEMBIN lookalike. If you have a balance, register the refund on tembin.com and reconcile open freight with the carrier. Next step: finish that registration, move first-leg settlement onto your current forwarder contract, and run cash through a payment provider that is still operating.
Data notes
Opened tembin.com on 2026-09-06: shutdown notice only, cease date 1 February 2026, founding year given as 2016. website stays https://www.tembin.com. published, monthlyVisits, domainRating, and authorityScore are catalog placeholders and unverified. Refund timing and in-flight term handling are not quantified in the notice.
