Overview
Selmetrics (Chinese product name 亿数通) is an Amazon advertising and operations console from Guangzhou Hongshu Technology, publicly placed in the Ecang (易仓) software family. After you authorize a store, you manage Sponsored Products / Display / Brands, watch ACOS, run scheduled bid changes, and pull settlement, inventory, and gross profit into one workspace. It is not a general ERP and it does not run Shopee or DTC ads.
On 2026-09-06 the marketing site selmuch.com returned 200. The catalog’s old login URL https://sys.selmuch.com/register presents an expired TLS certificate (certificate CN default.zlmediakit.com, notAfter 2024-09-27). Do not treat that host as the homepage. Register or book a demo from the marketing site, then follow official instructions into the app.
The vendor calls itself an Amazon SPN provider and Amazon Ads advanced partner, with a listing in the Selling Partner Appstore. Homepage totals such as “100,000+ sellers” are first-party and unverified. Help docs still send you back to Amazon Ads Console for some Sponsored Brands formats (store spotlight, video).
Core features and advantages
Ads manager and automated campaigns
Once authorized, you can create portfolios and campaigns for product, audience/product display, and product-collection brand ads. “Smart launch” applies stage templates and can auto-harvest, negate, expand, and rebid. Time-of-day rules change bids and budgets. This helps teams that already have a campaign structure; handing a new ASIN entirely to a template can still burn budget on junk search terms.
Keyword and rank monitors (points)
Keyword explorer, ASIN reverse-ASIN, rank tracking, and listing/ad diagnostics consume points. They complement Search Term reports; they do not replace Brand Analytics. When points hit zero, point-metered features stop updating. When the plan expires, even free sync stops.
Profit, replenishment, and the exec dashboard
Paid plans add gross-profit reports, replenishment suggestions, order-peak charts, and storage / disbursement / reimbursement / return reports. Costing is described as FIFO against FBA inventory. Faster than weekly Excel for a multi-store team; still not tax profit. Finance should reconcil the allocation rules.
Supported platforms
Amazon only. Older help/marketing copy lists US, CA, UK, FR, DE, IT, ES and “about 11 major marketplaces.” Trust the in-app authorization list. No Shopify, Shopee, or TikTok Shop ads. Web plus a WeChat mini program; you do not need Seller Central open on a PC all day.
Who it's for
- Solo sellers: start on the free tier and see whether store stats match Seller Central.
- Small / mid teams running several stores who want scheduled bidding and an ads daily.
- Teams with finance/ops seats who will actually use profit and replenishment.
- Skip it if you are not on Amazon, or if Lingxing ERP already holds ads, inventory, and profit and you do not want a second OAuth.
Concrete use: two weeks before Prime Day, align time-of-day budgets with order-peak charts, cut overnight bids on evergreen campaigns, and raise bids on the morning converting terms. After the event, read the ads daily and gross profit so a prettier ACOS is not just more promo discount and storage.
Pricing and value
From selmuch.com/price on 2026-09-06 (CNY, annual):
- Basic: ¥0, 1 store, 100 points, 7-day trial of advanced features
- Qihang: ¥1,999/year, 1 store, 2,000 points
- Pro: ¥7,999/year, 6 stores, 10 sub-users, 8,000 points (page says ~68% of buyers pick this)
- Linghang: ¥19,999/year, 20 stores, 40 sub-users, 20,000 points
Extra stores ~¥1,000 each; extra sub-users ~¥300 (FAQ). Pay in WeChat/Alipay or via a staff-issued plan code. Point-metered reverse-ASIN and diagnostics are the hidden consumption. Confirm the live matrix before you pay; a Pro plan with zero points looks “on” but stops the features you bought it for.
Community feedback
Hugo, AMZ123, and Bangyue carry vendor explainers; independent long reviews are scarce. The recurring comments in Chinese seller circles are: fewer Ads Console logins and rule-based bidding save time; the points model and a second store auth put off small accounts. The name barely appears on r/AmazonSeller. Support is site chat, WeChat, and demo booking — no public SLA.
Competitive positioning
Lingxing and Saihu embed ads inside an ERP. Selmetrics is an ads workbench with profit/replenishment bolted on. Amazon Ads Console is free and remains the system of record for some SB types. SellerSprite is research, not bid execution.
Alternatives
- Lingxing ERP — ads plus FBA inventory in one ops system.
- Saihu ERP — multi-platform orders and ads, not Amazon-only PPC.
- Amazon — Ads Console, Brand Analytics, and final delivery of campaigns.
Limitations
Expired cert on the old login host. Some SB types cannot be fully created in-app. Point features freeze at 0 points. Amazon-only. Automation can still spend on bad terms. Vendor scale figures unverified.
Verdict
If Amazon PPC is already a daily job and you want multi-store bidding outside Console, trial Selmetrics from selmuch.com. Do not use sys.selmuch.com while the certificate is dead. If you need warehouse and multi-platform orders, buy an ERP first.
Next step: register the free tier or book a demo; confirm stores, seats, and points on the price page. If an old bookmark throws a certificate error, switch to the marketing host.
