Tophatter is shut down. The company’s own X account (@tophatter) told customers that Tophatter closed indefinitely effective 11 October 2022. By late 2022 the website and app were returning errors; Chinese trade press (AMZ123, 亿恩网, 36氪) reported the same 404s and quoted the 11 October date. As of this 2026-09-06 recheck, tophatter.com is not a working seller or shopper homepage. There is no verified official successor product. Sites such as tophatters.co that reuse the name are not the original company.
Do not apply, do not send inventory, do not pay a “reinstatement” invoice. Cross-border sellers who used the 90-second live-auction format need a live channel: eBay auctions, Amazon, or Etsy, depending on the goods.
