Overview

Maskfog sells the fingerprint profile and the IP as one stack — that is the difference versus clients that assume you already have a proxy vendor. Cross-border sellers use it to keep store and overseas marketing logins from sharing a machine: each browser environment gets its own timezone, language, UA, fonts, and resolution; when the exit node has to be cleaner, they rent Maskfog’s exclusive cloud device instead of wiring 911, Luminati, or Oxylabs themselves. The Chinese homepage calls it an anti-association browser with a “clean IP” included.

It is a browser plus optional IP, not a password vault and not a cloud phone. Team roles and action logs exist, but they are lighter than ZiNiao’s model where operators never see the Amazon password. Exclusive devices are non-refundable, usable only inside Maskfog, and the vendor does not hand out the proxy credentials to reuse elsewhere. The terms say those IPs are for use outside mainland China.

The legal entity on the contact page is Tiger Roar Technology PTE LTD. (Singapore, registration 202016688C). Clients are Windows and macOS. English lives at maskfog.com/en.

Core features and advantages

Isolated profiles and batch windows

Help docs describe batch account import/export, independent fingerprints, and many windows open at once. Fingerprints can be generated or edited (timezone, default language, User Agent, fonts, resolution, and related fields). The free plan already includes fingerprint settings, password/cookie import, a plugin centre, a mobile browser environment, and advanced profile options. Still run a public fingerprint checker before Seller Central.

Exclusive cloud devices and bundled IPs

This is what you pay for. The upgrade plan sells exclusive cloud devices: a sticky address you can renew, no returns, no proxy credentials disclosed. The price page also offers IPv6 and shared-device trials (copy says three days after signup). The homepage has promoted IPv6 around $2.99 and listed typical apps as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Vinted, Instagram, and LinkedIn — not a default Amazon Seller Central SKU. You can still bring your own proxy; help mentions 911s5, Luminati, and Oxylabs-style residential networks.

Teamwork and plugins

The public matrix ticks team collaboration and multi-member login even on Free, with “unlimited” members. You can grant batches of accounts to sub-users and gate features by group. There is a plugin store. Automation is a cross on Free and Base, and “exclusive customisation” on Upgrade — there is no self-serve RPA marketplace.

Supported platforms

Marketed scenarios: store groups, social matrices, ad-account isolation, ad verification, multi-market storefronts, brand monitoring, geo price checks, and live page tests. IP copy mentions North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Help does not publish a ZiNiao-style “suitable / not suitable” table; read the SKU line when you buy a device.

Clients: Windows 7+ (download page listed 1.9.9.0) and macOS 10.11+ (1.8.20, including Apple Silicon). No public Linux build or official phone app. “Mobile” means a mobile browser environment, not an Android cloud phone.

Who it's for

  • Solo sellers who need to split a few Amazon web consoles and ad accounts. Twenty free environments cover that; start with the IP trial or your own residential proxy.
  • Small teams that refuse to open a proxy-vendor account. Upgrade’s exclusive device buys fingerprint and IP together when store count is still small.
  • Skip it if you already have residential proxies and want unlimited profiles — that is Hubstudio. Skip it if staff must never see passwords — ZiNiao. Skip it for TikTok appsGeeLark. Skip it if you need packaged RPA — ClonBrowser.

Concrete use case: a new Facebook ads account for a Shopify store. Buy a device SKU that lists Facebook (or the IPv6 trial), create one profile, import cookies, match timezone to the IP country, then spend. Do not park the Amazon master store in the same profile, and do not assume an IPv6 promo SKU will log into Temu or amazon.co.jp.

Pricing and value

Checked 2026-09-06 on maskfog.com/price.html and /en/price.html:

  • Free — $0, 20 browser environments, 2 proxy slots, custom device, IP trial.
  • Base — about $2 per device, unlimited environments, custom device (you bring IP).
  • Upgrade — about $4.99+ per device, exclusive cloud device, unlimited environments. Automation only as a custom add-on.

90-day prepay is listed at about 5% off, 180-day at about 10%. Free stays free. Exclusive IPs are static; renew to keep the address; no refunds. IPv6 has appeared near $2.99 in homepage promos — confirm in the cart. Support is support@maskfog.com; partnerships business@maskfog.com.

For a dozen web logins and no proxy contract, Upgrade looks cheap per seat. The expensive mistake is a non-refundable device in the wrong country or on an IPv6-only platform list. Environment count is not the bottleneck; IP fit is.

Community feedback

Independent Reddit threads are essentially missing. Chinese search is official pages, the help centre, and recycled marketing posts. Docs and FAQ exist; mail goes to support@maskfog.com. Survival of exclusive IPs on Amazon and detector pass rates are unverified. Use a throwaway login. The IPv6 SKU’s allowed platforms are narrow; do not order from the headline alone.

Competitive positioning

Maskfog’s wedge is browser + optional exclusive IP, not a script store. ClonBrowser is cheaper as a raw client and stronger on RPA, but you supply every proxy. ZiNiao is managed login: one store, one device, one IP, with a real password vault. Hubstudio is unlimited free profiles, bring-your-own proxy. GeeLark is Android cloud phones. Maskfog is a comparison candidate only if the pain is “I do not want a proxy vendor.” If the pain is staff permissions or TikTok apps, it is the wrong aisle.

Alternatives

  • ClonBrowser — lighter fingerprint client with RPA; you bring proxies.
  • ZiNiao Browser — one store, one device, one IP, for teams that vault passwords.
  • Hubstudio — unlimited free environments billed on daily opens.
  • GeeLark — cloud phones when work is in TikTok or Instagram apps.

Limitations

  • Exclusive devices are non-refundable and cannot be reused outside Maskfog.
  • IPv6 SKUs list a short platform set; they are not a generic Amazon line.
  • Automation is custom, not a productised marketplace.
  • Almost no independent community reviews.
  • Not a cloud phone and not a ZiNiao-class password vault.
  • Device IPs are contracted for use outside mainland China.

Verdict

If you dislike shopping proxies and only have a modest set of web logins, try Free plus one exclusive device. If you need joiner/leaver control and sticky vendor IPs at store scale, use ZiNiao. If you already have a proxy vendor, do not buy Maskfog just to bundle IP. Next step: register at maskfog.com, install Windows or macOS, run a non-production login on the 20 free environments and the IP trial, and read the SKU’s allowed-platform line before paying.
