Overview

Skyee is a cross-border funds account for Chinese exporters and marketplace sellers: open local receiving accounts, take Amazon, eBay, and Shopify payouts, convert, withdraw to a domestic bank, and pay ads or VAT with virtual cards from the same login. The public site is skyee360.com. As of 2026-09-06 the homepage showed Hong Kong MSO 17-12-02270 and US MSB 31000315356282. Company news also claims a Monetary Authority of Singapore major payment institution (MPI) licence. Email: service@skyee360.com. Phone: 400-862-2388.

It competes with LianLian, PingPong, and Payoneer for daily marketplace collection, at a smaller scale. The site claims nine years of service, 240,000-plus users, and repeated compliance audits — company language, not a traffic audit. Skyee became a Lakala group member around 2021; inbound CNY conversion uses licensed partners. The English product page’s only fee sentence is: Fee rate may subject to change. Talk to our account manager. Homepage “0 fee,” “1% CPC rebate,” and e-flash membership offers are campaigns or paid bundles, not a guaranteed permanent tariff.

In 2024 Skyee joined Amazon’s SPN and collected a partner-newcomer style award. That means it can show up as a collection provider in Amazon’s ecosystem. You still complete KYC, bind the store, and confirm the quote yourself.

Core features and advantages

Local marketplace receiving accounts

The English product page lists online-marketplace collection (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and others), currencies USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, JPY, CNY, HKD, plus PLN and CZK, and withdrawals “as fast as one business day.” The FAQ also says withdrawal requests are processed in 1–3 working days, longer around holidays. Use the timestamp in your account, not the headline.

FX and global payouts

CNY/FX is described as bank-partner rates, 24/7. Payouts go over local rails or SWIFT; marketing claims savings versus a retail bank wire. Multi-currency virtual cards cover ads, store fees, and top-ups. VAT payments for several European countries sit in the product, which is the extra versus a collect-only wallet.

Cards, memberships, and add-ons

The Chinese site adds dispute/reconciliation help, export-tax rebate, store opening, and APIs. The e-flash membership page has listed annual fees against “free collection quotas” and named in-scope platforms (Amazon, eBay, Cdiscount, AliExpress, Wayfair, Shopify, and others). That is a paid membership, with transfer limits and platform lists that change. Do not bake campaign copy into a twelve-month cost model.

Supported platforms

English site: Amazon, eBay, Shopify. Chinese campaign pages have also named AliExpress, Wayfair, Cdiscount, Kaufland, Fnac, Darty, B2W, and TikTok Shop. The live apply screen in the account is the only source of truth. Core currencies are USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, and HKD. If an independent site pays out from Stripe or PayPal into Skyee, the upstream processor fee still applies.

Who it's for

  • Small Amazon/eBay sellers who want a local receiving account and VAT or ad payouts in one login.
  • Multi-platform teams willing to negotiate a campaign rate or membership instead of a public tariff.
  • Sellers who need a virtual card for CPC and prefer it in the same stack as collection.
  • Skip it if you need card acquiring on a storefront (that is UseePay), the longest licence and platform list (LianLian, Payoneer), or a published all-in fee table.

Concrete use case: a US/EU/JP multi-site seller opens Skyee USD/EUR/JPY accounts, pastes them into Seller Central, converts part of the balance to CNY for the factory, and keeps FX for VAT and the ad card. On switch day, add receiving fee + FX + withdrawal for the same notional and compare LianLian, PingPong, and Payoneer. Ignore the “0 fee” poster.

Pricing and value

Skyee does not publish a stable, all-platform tariff. The English site tells you to talk to a manager. Numbers that have appeared in older pages or third-party write-ups include about 0.2% marketplace receiving, about 0.4% B2B receiving, a historical 0.5% cap, and time-limited 0-fee store binding. E-flash pages have shown annual fees such as ¥3,888 / ¥8,888 / ¥16,888 against free quotas. Those are campaign artefacts, not a promise on this page.

Marketing often says no account-opening or maintenance fee. Receiving, FX spread, withdrawal, card rebate/annual fees, and membership are separate lines. Lakala inbound rails can add cost. New-user 0-fee and 1% CPC rebate have dates and platform limits. The only honest comparison is the “my rates” screen exported against the same settlement sheet at three other providers.

Community feedback

Chinese reviews (for example VirtualCardx) often mention relatively fast onboarding, personal and multi-jurisdiction entities, same-day arrival in some corridors, and Chinese-language support. Operator posts on industry sites report EU local-entity verification failures in sample batches, worse in peak KYC months. Wise’s explainer treats Skyee as an export account inside the Lakala orbit. English Reddit volume is far below Payoneer. Freezes follow the usual licensed-PSP pattern: high-risk counterparties, sudden large tickets, store/entity mismatch. There is no thick, citable star rating, so this page keeps patterns only.

Competitive positioning

Skyee’s difference is collection + virtual card + VAT in a package aimed at smaller sellers, plus campaign receiving rates that can print very low. LianLian has more licences, a longer platform list, and listed-company disclosure. PingPong is the default CNY-settlement comparison for many China-based sellers. Payoneer has clearer line-item pricing and broader international coverage, usually at a higher CNY all-in. Do not use Skyee as an independent-site card gateway.

Alternatives

  • PingPong — marketplace payout aggregation and CNY withdrawal, the usual comparison.
  • LianLian Global — longer marketplace connectivity and licence list.
  • Payoneer — default local receiving accounts for international sellers.

Limitations

Fees are not public; campaign rates expire. Licence count and global account breadth trail LianLian and Airwallex. EU local-entity verification failures show up in operator notes. Membership and CPC rebate are separate contracts. Unfreezing needs contracts, invoices, and logistics. Lakala is a shareholder/partner, not a guarantee that POS-brand trust covers your balance. English pages have shown more than one MSB registration number over time — trust the licence file inside the account.

Verdict

If you collect Amazon, pay VAT and ads, and can live with a quoted-not-published rate, put Skyee on the comparison. If you want a public tariff, the longest platform list, or storefront acquiring, use LianLian, Payoneer, or UseePay. Next step: register at skyee360.com, finish KYC, open “my rates,” and only then change the marketplace payout method.
