Overview

XMPlus (体验家, xmplus.cn) is a customer-experience management (CEM) suite from 瀚一数据科技(深圳)有限公司. It is not an Amazon review app and not a product-research tool. Companies use it to map journeys, send surveys, listen to comments, and fire low-score alerts before churn. The site and pricing page loaded on 2026-09-06. The product launched in 2019; corporate records put the company at 7 February 2018. Contact: contact@surveyplus.cn, 0755-21615848.

This catalog often mis-labels it as “consumer insight for sourcing.” Official solutions are retail chains, SaaS, healthcare, medical aesthetics, banking, and 3C — Chinese stores and B2B touchpoints, with WeChat, mini programs, app SDKs, and WeCom/Feishu/DingTalk. It does not do Amazon reviews, the Buy Box, or FBA claims. It only becomes a candidate if you also run China retail/membership, or a webshop that can embed surveys for a China-based CS desk.

The commercial model is subscription plus optional consulting. The free tier can draw a journey and collect surveys; alerting, multilingual, API, and on-prem cost money. Chinese CEM peers are survey platforms and Qualtrics-class suites, not Keepa.

Core features and advantages

Journeys and the survey engine

Editable journeys, 20+ question types, skip logic, and delivery via link, QR, email, web/mini-program embed, plus app SDK and SMS on paid plans. Retail use: map “browse—buy—deliver—after-sales,” then send NPS after delivery instead of waiting for a public marketplace review.

Alerts, collaboration, and BI

Professional adds AI text analysis, drag-and-drop boards, and real-time low-score alerts. Advanced pushes alerts to WeCom/Feishu/DingTalk and adds a data API. Flagship adds external sources and private deployment. Concrete path: a chain flags “late shipment + score ≤6” into the duty group and issues a coupon before the public review. That is not Amazon’s “request a review” loop.

VOC, public comments, and languages

Retail copy mentions NLP on forums, Weibo, and Taobao/JD comments. Advanced advertises 20+ language questionnaires — useful for a brand with a China site and an overseas webshop, not as an Amazon review translator. An MCP/agent entry appeared on 2026 product pages for teams that already have analysts, not for a solo FBA seller.

Supported platforms

China SaaS (private cloud optional). Touchpoints: web, WeChat, mini programs, email, SMS, apps. Industry pages include retail and 3C. There is no Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, or Shopify app listing. Multilingual means your survey, not the marketplace review widget. If overseas buyers never hit your domain, this CEM hears nothing.

Who it's for

  • China retail/chain brands that also export and want one NPS system for stores and ecommerce members.
  • DTC with CS in China who can put a survey on the thank-you page or insert card and staff WeCom.
  • Mid-size / enterprise that need API, department isolation, or on-prem.
  • Skip it if you only sell on Amazon/Temu with no owned touchpoint; if you need a star-rating widget, see Yotpo; if you need lifecycle email, see Klaviyo.

Worked example: a small-appliance brand on Tmall and a webshop runs the free tier for 30 days of post-delivery surveys. If complaints cluster on manuals and plug standards before public reviews, Professional alerts may pay off. If 90% of orders are Amazon and nobody scans the QR, spend on the listing, not a CEM seat.

Pricing and value

Pricing page on 2026-09-06:

  • Free: ¥0/year, 1 seat, 5,000 responses/year, journeys, basic surveys, AI report.
  • Professional: ¥6,000/year, 5 seats, AI text, app SDK, BI, low-score alerts (“most popular”).
  • Advanced: ¥20,000/year, 15 seats, scenario sends, multilingual, WeCom/Feishu/DingTalk, API.
  • Flagship: sales-quoted, 100 seats, on-prem, unlimited AI points.

Paid buttons say “talk to sales.” Contracts win. For FBA-only sellers the cheapest plan is still the wrong product. Store or webshop teams should exhaust the 5,000 free responses before spending ¥6,000.

Community feedback

Independent reviews are scarce. Directory pages show almost no user scores; case studies are signed customers (kitchen appliances, education, healthcare). Cross-border seller forums barely mention XMPlus, which matches the positioning. Do not copy homepage ROI percentages onto your P&L. Support is a WeCom advisor and contact@surveyplus.cn.

Competitive positioning

Yotpo is reviews, UGC, and loyalty on Shopify/Magento for overseas buyers. Klaviyo is email/SMS, not survey CEM. Lighter China survey tools exist for one-off research. XMPlus is a China-enterprise journey and alert loop, not an Amazon review factory.

Alternatives

  • Yotpo: public reviews and loyalty on Shopify-class stores.
  • Klaviyo: abandoned-cart email and SMS rather than NPS forms.
  • 雨果网: if you only wanted to read about overseas CX, you do not need a CEM seat.

Limitations

No official Amazon/TikTok review connector. Collaboration assumes Chinese office suites. Paid plans are sales-led. Almost no public cross-border seller case. Free has no alerts. Multilingual is survey copy, not listing localisation. Using CEM as a sourcing tool is the wrong job.

Verdict

Trial XMPlus only if you own China retail touchpoints or a webshop survey flow. Pure marketplace sellers should not buy it. Next step: register the free tier at xmplus.cn/cem/register, run a real after-sales form against the 5,000 quota, and only then confirm Professional on the pricing page with an advisor.
