Wincomply (跨规盈) is the overseas-compliance SaaS of Shenzhen Wincomply Technology, described as part of Hong Kong-listed VCredit (2003.HK). Sellers use it for EU/UK VAT registration and filing, EPR, EU/UK authorised representative, trademarks and patents, and overseas company setup. The site lists Shenzhen and Hangzhou offices and says it connects to UK, German, and Spanish tax-authority APIs. About and timeline pages claim Amazon SPN, Temu, AliExpress, and SHEIN credentials.
It is not a content academy. The VAT page is blunt: stock in any EU country triggers seller VAT there; the marketplace does not file warehouse-country VAT for you. B2C imports into the EU at or under €150 on Amazon-like malls are still usually collected under the platform’s IOSS number. Own-site low-value parcels need a separate IOSS intermediary. A third-party listing once named IOSS registration and filing as a Wincomply service; the VAT page on 2026-09-06 did not show a public IOSS price, so do not treat it as a verified SKU.

European VAT: who files, which country
Listed triggers include importing into the EU/UK, moving goods between Amazon fulfilment centres, and selling to EU/UK business buyers. Their copy on skipping VAT: no import VAT recovery, customs holds, account freeze. Indicative registration times (national + EU VAT): UK 2–4 months, Germany 8–12 weeks, France 8–12 weeks, Spain 4–8 weeks, Italy about one week (EORI separate). Those are vendor estimates, not tax-office SLAs. Agent transfer, deregistration, EORI, and audit support are separate lines.
EPR and authorised representative
Packaging, WEEE, and batteries run beside VAT. Selling those categories into the EU without a local company usually means EPR. In December 2025 Wincomply said Wincomply Service Germany GmbH passed EAR review as a German WEEE authorised representative — the seller remains the obligated party. GPSR EU/UK reps are a different SKU (label templates, mail, DoC).
Trademarks and mall credentials
The brand desk covers US, EU, UK, Japan and others, with a search tool. The timeline puts Temu, Amazon SPN, AliExpress, and SHEIN half-managed badges in 2024. That makes the vendor easier to find when those backends demand VAT/EPR uploads; it is not Amazon auditing the tax math.

The VAT page lists the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Czechia, Austria, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, plus Japan JCT. The VAT page is “book a quote”. There is no eVAT Master-style public annual menu. SPN handbook promo figures are campaign pages, not 2026 list prices.
