Overview
Kuaxintong (跨信通, kuaxintong.com) is a China-built compliance SaaS. Cross-border sellers use it for two jobs that block EU expansion: VAT registration, returns, and tax-office mail; and Extended Producer Responsibility numbers for packaging, batteries, and WEEE. The same shop also sells trademarks, product testing, and overseas company formation. The homepage loaded normally on 2026-09-06.
It is not a landed-cost widget at Shopify checkout, and it does not become the marketplace “deemed supplier.” If you hold FBA or 3PL stock in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain, you register and file local VAT. Low-value B2C parcels collected under a platform IOSS number are a different obligation. EPR is more fragmented still: a German LUCID packaging ID is not a French Citeo IDU. Kuaxintong packages those filings as orderable services, with Amazon report pull, one-click returns, and VAT/EORI lookup.
The company says it was founded in 2017 in Shenzhen, with China branches and local accounting teams in France and Italy. It claims Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, SHEIN, Mercado Libre, and Shopee ecosystem badges. Partner directories sometimes call it Dianxiaomi’s tax brand — the official About page does not. Treat platform-mall listings and the contract as the source of truth.
Core features and advantages
VAT registration and one-click filing
The VAT line covers registration, agent transfer, deregistration, original and corrective returns, number management, inbound letters, and VAT/EORI search. You submit a business licence, ID, and store details; European accountants issue the number. Filing is sold as Amazon-report ingest plus calculated returns. That is useful once you already have inventory in-country and a monthly VAT calendar — not if you only want a number “in case.”
EPR: packaging, batteries, WEEE, and extra French schemes
The user agreement lists Germany (packaging, batteries, WEEE), France (packaging, batteries, textiles, DEEE, toys, print, garden, sports, furniture), the UK (batteries, WEEE), and Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Austria (packaging, batteries, WEEE). The product UI adds compliance checks, online eco-fee payment, lookups, management, and renewals. Concrete path: before a home-textile ASIN goes live on amazon.fr, confirm which French IDUs that SKU needs, then paste them into Seller Central. Do not reuse the German packaging number.
Product compliance, overseas companies, and trademarks
File requests, regulation notes, and mail sit on the product-compliance line. Overseas companies cover incorporation, annual review, changes, local attestation, and wind-down. Trademarks are search plus human name check. EU/UK authorised-representative products are separate SKUs in the agreement. None of this is bundled into a VAT seat by default.
Supported platforms
Kuaxintong serves the legal entity, not one marketplace admin. Official copy names Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, SHEIN, Mercado Libre, and Shopee. VAT destinations on the marketing site are the usual Western European set, with Middle East rows appearing in partner write-ups — use the live service list. DTC brands can buy the same tax and EPR packages, but checkout duty quotes belong in tools such as Zonos.
Who it's for
- Solo / small teams sending a first FBA inbound into Germany or France who need VAT plus packaging law without hiring two agents.
- Mid-size multi-platform sellers running Amazon EU plus Temu/SHEIN, where renewals and tax-office letters slip.
- Brands that also need an authorised representative, lab tests, or a local company.
- Skip it if you sell only US FBA, if you only need a Shopify duty quote, or if a retained accountant already files and you just need a spreadsheet.
Worked example: 500 battery-powered small appliances into a German FC. Confirm German VAT, packaging, battery, and WEEE numbers and the eco-fee basis before the freight booking. A suppressed offer costs more than the agency fee.
Pricing and value
There is no public rate card on kuaxintong.com. Orders go through chat, KXT@kuaxintong.com, or 400-007-0061. Third-party directories reprint figures such as “German VAT registration at ¥0/year.” Those numbers were not on the official site on 2026-09-06 and should not be quoted as a price. Eco-fees paid to producer-responsibility organisations are extra. Transfers, late returns, and authorised-representative work are usually separate lines.
For sellers who already store in the EU, missed filings and wrong numbers cost more than the agent. Buying a stack of IDs with no inbound plan leaves you with nil-return chores.
Community feedback
Chinese seller groups compare Kuaxintong with eVAT Master and other VAT agents on turnaround, late filings, and who reads tax-office mail. Long independent reviews are thin; much of the search result set is vendor copy. Reddit has almost no English thread — normal for a China-facing compliance desk, not a quality score. Ask for written SLAs on issuance time, who owns tax-office replies, and whether you can export the return pack. Support is phone, email, and in-app chat.
Competitive positioning
eVAT Master is more VAT/IOSS/GST filing, with published tiers; EPR is not the same product. Zonos quotes landed cost at checkout and does not register EU VAT. Amazon Seller Central only stores the numbers you type in. Kuaxintong’s pitch is one Chinese console for VAT, multi-country EPR, marks, and companies — at the cost of opaque pricing.
Alternatives
- eVAT Master: UK/EU VAT registration and returns when you already know IOSS versus storage VAT.
- Zonos: DTC checkout duties and VAT collection, not an EU tax agent.
- Amazon France Seller Central: the official TVA and IDU fields you still have to fill after the agent issues numbers.
Limitations
No public prices. EPR categories differ by country; a checkbox is not legal advice. Eco-fees, penalties, and tax-office queries can still land on you. “Official service provider” is not an Amazon guarantee of a correct return. Overseas company formation is a different product. The Dianxiaomi-brand claim is unverified on the official About page.
Verdict
Use Kuaxintong as one Chinese quote among VAT/EPR agents if you are about to inbound to EU fulfilment or sell packaged/electrical goods in France or Germany. Skip it for US-only FBA or for checkout tax on a webshop. Next step: open kuaxintong.com, list each SKU’s VAT and EPR needs, and ask KXT@kuaxintong.com or 400-007-0061 for a written quote and issuance SLA before you compare contracts.
