Overview
FindNiche (findniche.com; this catalog used to misspell it FindNich) is a product and store database for AliExpress dropshipping and Shopify stores. It is not Keepa and not an ERP. Sellers filter AliExpress items by orders, price, rating, and country, reverse-look up who sells the same SKU on Shopify, and inspect TikTok products, shops, and ads. The homepage loaded on 2026-09-06. The FAQ claims about 40 countries, AliExpress products, and Shopify niches. A Chinese UI lives at /cn.
The question it answers is “does this item keep selling on AliExpress, how crowded is Shopify, and what do the ads look like?” It does not answer BSR, Buy Box, or FBA fees. Amazon rows exist on the price table but are thinner than AliExpress and Shopify. Numbers are scrapes and estimates, not marketplace admin. Chrome extensions overlay AliExpress and Shopify pages.
That is the right seat for someone sourcing from AliExpress/1688 onto Shopify or paid social. Branded Amazon sellers should keep budget on Keepa and SellerSprite.
Core features and advantages
AliExpress products, stores, and charts
Product search, store search, Top Charts, Market Insight. Filters include orders, price, stars, ship-from. Concrete path: US-bound small-appliance parts with still-rising 30-day orders and acceptable ratings — check whether the supplier actually ships to the US, then test 50 Shopify orders. Do not read “orders” as your net profit.
Shopify products and stores
See which webshops sell the same item and whether they are new or established. Combined with AliExpress, that tells you if a hundred themed stores already own the niche. Sales-tracker and traffic widgets appear in the marketing site; this page does not repeat unaudited GMV.
TikTok and Ad Spy
TikTok products, shops, Top Seller; fuller ad spy sits on higher tiers (the charge table puts complete access on Elite/Premium). Dropshippers copy creatives here; it is not official TikTok Shop analytics. Refresh rate has to be checked in a trial. This catalog does not promise “real time.”
Supported platforms
Primary sources: AliExpress, Shopify, TikTok; Amazon secondary. FAQ: ~40 countries. Extensions on AliExpress and Shopify pages. No Seller Central OAuth, no inventory sync. UI in English and Chinese. FAQ: monthly plans by credit card.
Who it's for
- Dropshippers / solo webshops sourcing AliExpress onto Shopify and ads.
- Small teams that want daily charts and store reverse lookup instead of a human watching a category.
- Skip it for branded Amazon FBA; for deep Shopee, use Shopdora; if you treat estimated orders as a purchase order.
Worked example: a pet smart bowl for a US webshop. Check whether AliExpress orders are a one-day spike, how many Shopify stores already sell it and at what price, and whether TikTok is saturated with videos. If the webshop side is already red, test another spec instead of launching a tenth theme store.
Pricing and value
The official charge page findniche.com/findniche-charge (retrieved 2026-09-06) lists a free tier and three paid bands:
- Free: a few searches and rows per day.
- Basic: about $10/month billed annually ($115 billed; ~$12 monthly) and roughly 50 searches/day.
- Elite: about $35/month billed annually ($420 billed; ~$49 monthly), unlimited search, fuller TikTok.
- Premium: about $59/month billed annually ($708 billed; ~$99 monthly), higher favorites and Ad Spy.
Elite/Premium often advertise a $1 / 3-day trial; checkout wins. Third-party reviews drift. Pay only what the official page shows. For a serious dropshipper, Elite annual is usually cheaper than a sitter on AliExpress. Amazon-only sellers should put that money on Keepa Pro.
Community feedback
English dropshipping roundups like the filters and the $1 trial. Rating samples are tiny (one directory cited about 3.1/5 on a handful of reviews) and are not statistics. Reddit talks about FindNiche far less than AutoDS, Sell The Trend, or Keepa. Chinese nav sites reprint features; long independent reviews are rare. Support is FAQ plus in-account tickets. No public support inbox was confirmed on the official site, so email is omitted.
Competitive positioning
Keepa is Amazon history, not AliExpress orders. SellerSprite is Amazon keywords and sales estimates. Shopdora is Shopee. FindNiche sits on the AliExpress + Shopify + TikTok dropshipping triangle. Ad spy is extra, not Meta’s official library.
Alternatives
- Keepa: Amazon price and BSR when you actually inbound FBA, not AliExpress order counts.
- SellerSprite: Amazon keywords and traffic sources.
- Shopdora: Shopee research and a browser overlay for Southeast Asia.
Limitations
Sales are estimates. Amazon is shallow. Shopify rows can lag or miss stores. Ad spy is not every advertiser. The free cap is tight. Older Chinese pages still say FindNich. Like any sourcing SaaS, confirm you can log in and that dates are not six months stale before you pay.
Verdict
If your path is AliExpress → Shopify/TikTok, run a free or $1 day of real filters. Branded Amazon sellers do not need the sub. Next step: search your category on findniche.com; if you need unlimited plus TikTok, match Elite annual on the charge page.
