Overview
AUTO Cross-border Logistics is the same Shenzhen forwarder as AUTO Cross-border (Shenzhen AUTO International Freight Forwarding) — not Wenjuanxing. The old catalog website was a Wenjuanxing form (wjx.cn/vm/YpPSY1p.aspx), a lead-capture survey, not a product site. The public homepage is autochina-logistics.com. This page skips the corporate timeline and covers the three lanes sellers actually quote: Canada ocean-truck (海卡), US–Canada–Mexico transload, and pure-electric / lithium DG.
Canada ocean-truck is the oldest advertised product (the official timeline puts the Canada lane in 2017). US express-ocean and Mexico were added later for North American replenishment and 3PL-to-3PL moves. Pure batteries ride a separate DG file pack and mandatory insurance; they do not use the general-cargo DDP rate. AUTO claims Matson / ZIM / COSCO space, Dongguan consolidation, and US/Canada warehouses for destuff and relabel. Those are sales claims. Whether your FC or your battery certificates are accepted is per shipment.
It is still a WeChat-quoted forwarder. There is no public rate calculator and no marketplace ERP plugin. Use it if you already chose ocean freight and need someone to watch sailings and FC appointments. A few kilograms of AliExpress or TikTok direct mail should not open this RFQ.
Core features and advantages
Canada ocean-truck and inland FCs
Ocean-truck is ocean to a Canadian port plus appointed trucking into FBA or a 3PL — cheaper than air, less DIY than a full container. The “Canada oversize ocean-truck” page zones Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and Ottawa, and has listed Friday cut-off, Tuesday sailing, and roughly 25–35 working days after sailing to warehouse. Vancouver and Toronto delivery is described as a 50 km radius around AUTO’s yard, then a per-km add-on; residential is extra. Commercial, non-Amazon and oversize are case-by-case. When eastern Canada space is tight, AUTO’s own reprinted notes have pushed Vancouver transload then truck.
US–Canada–Mexico transfers
The slogan “US, Canada and Mexico transfers” maps to advertised lanes and local addresses: City of Industry (US), Concord (Canada), Mexico City. Typical seller jobs: destuff to a self-run yard when a West Coast FC is full, then truck or relabel; or replenish US/Mexico from a Canada warehouse. This is not a public UPS cross-border parcel SKU. It is a forwarder stitching warehouses and trucking. Mexico tax and clearance move quickly — get DDP and IVA responsibility in writing before you transload.
Pure electric and lithium DG
“Supports pure-electric products” on the site means a Canada lithium DG lane, not a verbal exception on a general-cargo sailing. Required pack: matching battery certificates, MSDS, UN38.3, sea-transport identification, 1.2 m drop test, DG packing cert; Class 9 and UN box marks; a surcharge above a per-cell weight; insurance bought through AUTO. Wrong packing or a name that does not match the cert is a reject or a hold, not a label reprint. Contained batteries, power banks and cells are different questions — do not reuse one “with-battery special”.
Destuff, relabel, DDP
The same network sells multi-point destuff, FBA labelling, returns relabel and DDP. For DG and oversize, parking in a US/Canada yard then booking the FC beats forcing a parcel product. It is still manual warehouse work; there is no public SLA on mislabels.
Supported platforms
Almost all volume is Amazon FBA, plus commercial and 3PL addresses. eBay and independent stores appear in the bio; there is no Shopify app. Do not book through Wenjuanxing; that form was only lead-gen.
Geography: USMCA first. Europe, Australia and an Indonesia ocean-truck show up in older articles. Remote US FCs, Alaska/Hawaii and non-free-zone Mexico can refuse or surcharge. If you use a Europe product, ask about 2026 EU duty rules separately — do not reuse a North America quote.
Who it's for
- Canada Amazon sellers with furniture, equipment or oversize that should not fly.
- USMCA multi-site sellers splitting one load across three countries or using the West Coast yard as a buffer.
- Battery sellers with paperwork (UN38.3 pack for power banks, tool batteries, etc.).
- Skip it if you have no battery files; if you only ship postcard-weight parcels; if you need self-serve comparison (Huodull, Easyship); if you need a warehouse API (GOODCANG, ShipBob).
Concrete use: 800 kg of gym gear, one side over 120 cm, into Toronto FBA. Ask for the oversize ocean-truck rate, the beyond-50 km add-on, and the tax-in code (the site has shown codes such as ATCA008P — use the live tariff). Then ask whether that FC can be appointed. For DG, send certificates to ops before you talk sailing dates.
Pricing and value
No public card. Price is zone, chargeable weight, tax-in vs tax-out, oversize, residential and insurance. The site has advertised actual-weight discounts when actual/volumetric ≥ 1.5 or ≥ 2, plus per-bill minima. The Wenjuanxing form is not a quote. Historical 雨果网 promo waivers are expired until reconfirmed.
Value exists when ocean-truck is cheaper than air and less painful than doing clearance and trucking yourself. Below a consolidation cadence, Friday cut-offs will sit on your inventory. DG insurance and documents are a separate line.
Community feedback
Independent community signal is essentially empty. No usable Canada ocean-truck trip reports on Reddit or Zhihu. Directories reprint “Canada specialist” copy. Black Cat did not yield a company-specific complaint sample. Do not treat slogans as reviews. Trial three to five inland Canada FCs and one DG shipment for inbound time and damage before you commit a container. Support: 0755-86569927 and happy@autochina-logistics.com.
Competitive positioning
Versus YunExpress this is ocean freight and trucking, not a 5–8 day parcel. Versus GOODCANG there is no public fulfilment SKU. Versus Easyship there is no multi-carrier account. Versus other North America forwarders the differentiators are Canada ocean-truck, a published DG checklist, and USMCA yards — not software. Wenjuanxing is a form, not a competitor.
Alternatives
- YunExpress — light parcels into North America without ocean-truck.
- GOODCANG — local Canada/US stock and pick-pack.
- Easyship — multi-courier labels once cargo is already in a North America warehouse.
- ShipBob — DTC fulfilment in the US and Canada, not China ocean-truck.
Limitations
The old website field pointed at Wenjuanxing — acquisition is sales-and-forms, not product UX. No self-serve rates. Ocean-truck windows are in working days; holidays and exams stretch them. Residential, extra kilometres and oversize cost extra. Pure electric does not move without the file pack. “USMCA transfer” is not a standard SKU. The English site and Chinese site are out of sync.
Verdict
If you need Canada ocean-truck, USMCA transload or compliant lithium into FBA, RFQ AUTO and measure. Do not place cargo on a survey form, and do not treat this as a parcel shop or warehouse SaaS. Next step: read the Canada / lithium pages on autochina-logistics.com, send dimensions and certificates for a tax-in quote, and run one shipment before you scale.
Data notes
Rechecked 2026-09-06 against autochina-logistics.com (Canada ocean-truck, lithium DG, contact) and the legacy Wenjuanxing URL. website now points at the official homepage; the survey is not the product. published (2024-03-15), monthlyVisits 12345, domainRating 48 and authorityScore 53 are catalog placeholders and unverified. Company founding is on the AUTO Cross-border entry (2016-05-15). No public 2026 tariff found.
