Overview
Allinpay Network Services Co., Ltd. was founded in Shanghai in October 2008 and is one of the first Chinese institutions to hold a People’s Bank of China Payment Business License. After the 30 April 2026 renewal batch, the company said the license was reissued as long-term. The public homepage is allinpay.com. Do not treat a merchant console or UKey login URL as the official site. Support sits on hotline 95193.
For a cross-border seller, the first fact is negative: Allinpay is not a self-serve Amazon or TikTok Shop collection wallet. You do not paste a local USD account into Seller Central the way you do with Payoneer, LianLian, or PingPong. The core business is domestic acquiring (WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, e-CNY), industry solutions (retail, restaurants, auto dealers, logistics, attractions), and Yunshangtong account/split-settlement infrastructure. Cross-border is one vertical: settlement for export e-commerce, import e-commerce, and services trade, plus foreign-card acquiring for merchants in China. Onboarding is sales-led and document-heavy.
Company materials also cite a Hong Kong MSO, a Singapore MPI, membership in UnionPay and the six major international card schemes, RMB 1.46 billion of registered capital, 36 provincial branches, 280-plus cities, nearly RMB 7 trillion of annual payment volume, and more than 10 million cumulative customers. Those are company figures, not a traffic audit.
Core features and advantages
Domestic acquiring and Yunshangtong
Unified payment APIs cover WeChat, Alipay, UnionPay QuickPass, and e-CNY. Yunshangtong is the platform-merchant stack for accounts, split settlement, and payouts without a second-clearing problem. That is the volume Allinpay actually runs every day. Auto-dealer and scenic-spot case studies on the site are this product line, not FBA weekly payout.
Cross-border settlement and customs payment-order filing
The cross-border industry page lists collection, acquiring, payout, distribution, and FX; settlement for firms with a real trade file; and e-commerce add-ons such as payment-order customs filing, accounting, and commission payouts. That path can make sense for a licensed importer/exporter. It does not make sense for a solo shop that wants a dollar virtual account this afternoon.
Foreign-card acquiring
POS, softPOS, QR, and gateway rails accept international cards for onshore merchants. A published case is online cashier and foreign-card checkout for VFS Global. That solves “how does a visitor pay in China,” not “how does a Chinese seller collect Amazon.”
Supported platforms
Domestic: WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, e-CNY, plus ISV/ERP APIs. Cross-border: older company materials mention virtual overseas collection accounts for sellers on Amazon, eBay, and Wish, with FX filing back into China. Which platforms, currencies, and whether any of that is self-serve must be confirmed with sales — the homepage does not publish a live “connected marketplaces” list. Independent-site card acquiring and Shopify plugins are not Allinpay’s headline products; that fight belongs to UseePay and LianLian’s acquiring line.
Who it's for
- China retail, F&B, auto, and logistics platforms that need acquiring, split settlement, and campaign subsidies.
- Import/export companies with a corporate file that need licensed RMB/FX settlement and customs payment-order filing.
- Attractions, visa, and travel merchants that must take foreign cards onshore.
- Skip it if you are a solo or small team whose only job is binding Amazon or TikTok Shop. That is LianLian, PingPong, or Payoneer.
Concrete use case: a China import retailer needs foreign-card acceptance in stores and a licensed path to settle and file payment orders. Call 95193 or the site consult form and onboard through an industry solution — do not search Seller Central for “Allinpay” as a default PSP.
Pricing and value
There is no public cross-border seller tariff on the homepage. Domestic small-merchant debit discounts are a regulatory-relief policy, not an Amazon withdrawal rate. Third-party roundups sometimes quote “from 0.4%” for B2B trade collection; this page does not treat that as an official list price. Cross-border, foreign-card, and split-settlement fees are quoted by sales and move with MCC, card brand, corridor, and any reserve.
For a daily marketplace seller, Allinpay is usually worse value than LianLian or PingPong promotional withdrawal rates because you cannot even see a self-serve path. For a firm already running Allinpay in China that also needs licensed cross-border settlement, adding a second wallet may cost more in reconciliation than it saves in basis points. Get fees, settlement cycle, and reserve rules in writing.
Community feedback
Hugo, Zhihu, and Amazon seller Reddit rarely put Allinpay on the same “bind store, withdraw CNY” spreadsheet as PingPong or LianLian. Mentions are license lists, domestic acquiring, or industry projects. Public complaints that do exist tend to sit on traditional POS/agent channels, not Amazon payout speed. There is not a thick layer of seller FX-spread diaries, so this page does not invent them.
Competitive positioning
Allinpay’s moat is a licensed domestic acquiring network and industry stack, not seller NPS or a cheap Amazon rate. LianLian Global is the daily cross-border collection account with a long marketplace list. PingPong is the same job with a different license set. Payoneer is the default local receiving account for international sellers. Independent-site Visa/Mastercard checkout is UseePay or LianLian acquiring, not the Allinpay homepage. Put Allinpay on a shortlist only if you already clear through it in China or you need foreign-card plus customs filing in one vendor.
Alternatives
- LianLian Global — self-serve marketplace collection for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and peers.
- PingPong — licensed marketplace payout aggregation and CNY withdrawal.
- Payoneer — local receiving accounts used by international marketplace sellers.
Limitations
Cross-border is not the first screen of the homepage. No public marketplace list or withdrawal tariff. Sales-led onboarding; solo shops will not move fast. Foreign-card acquiring and overseas virtual accounts are separate capabilities — do not assume one application unlocks both. Merchant login, UKey, and industry API docs are for integrators, not a seller help center. POS-agent experience is not the cross-border funds experience.
Verdict
If you need licensed acquiring or import/export settlement inside China, Allinpay is a real, currently licensed option. If you need this week’s Amazon payout, go to LianLian, PingPong, or Payoneer. Next step: open allinpay.com, read the cross-border industry page, or call 95193. Do not start from a login URL. If you only need to bind a store, complete KYC on one of the alternatives below before you switch payout methods.
