Overview
World Clock Map (时间地图网, 24timemap.com) is a free page for current time, time zone, and calendar data by city. Sellers do not need it for tourism. They need it to answer: is US-East CS still on shift, what is Beijing time for a German inbound cutoff, and whose working hours a “morning” Japan listing will hit.
Access was unstable on 2026-09-06. https://www.24timemap.com failed TLS. http://www.24timemap.com sometimes 301’d into an empty reply, sometimes returned an obfuscated cookie script. There is no shutdown notice, and cached pages still show city clocks, but that is not a production dependency. For a clock you can trust, use the OS world clock, Google Calendar, or the country holiday list in this batch.
It is not a meeting poller (no multi-person voting, no Slack). It is not a public-holiday table. Holidays belong on the festival index; “what time is it” belongs on a clock.
Core features and advantages
Current time by city
Public copy and cached pages describe city search, local time and date, and a short list of popular cities. For sellers: put Seattle, New York, London, Berlin, Dubai, Tokyo, and Beijing on one glance so CS rotas are not based on “the US is quieter at night.”
Zones and daylight saving
North America and Europe change clocks; China does not. Around March and November, US-East vs Beijing jumps by an hour and “09:00 start” is wrong. The site advertises DST and sunrise/sunset. Whether that still loads in 2026 is separate — recheck with IANA zones (America/New_York) at the switch, do not trust a stale static map.
Listing and ticket queues
Japan events often open local morning; US-East tickets peak local evening. Push listing edits in the destination’s weekday daytime and cover CS in that site’s evening, instead of a single 10:00 Beijing go-live. A clock does not forecast traffic.
Supported platforms
Browser-only, marketplace-agnostic. City coverage is whatever the site lists; there is no official count. No Amazon or Shopify plugin, no API docs. HTTPS did not work in this review.

Concrete use: a DE buyer wants an invoice PDF before 18:00 Berlin — check Berlin time, then whether it is a public holiday. Do not promise “ships today” on a Berlin Sunday morning. Heavy US listing edits belong on a US-East weekday, when reviewers and offer monitoring are awake.
Pricing and value
Free, no account, no paid tier. Because the host is flaky, do not value it as always-on. Bookmark as a backup; run the real process on the OS clock or a calendar tool.
Community feedback
No seller-length Reddit or Hugo threads about 24timemap.com turned up. Chinese directories file it as a free world clock. When sellers talk time zones they use the system clock, World Time Buddy, or Google “time in Berlin.” The empty replies and TLS errors in this review are the practical review.
Competitive positioning
The holiday index answers “is it a day off?” not “what time is it now?” Google Trends is demand, not offset. The OS world clock works offline and follows IANA. 24timemap is only a web city list, and in 2026 it is the least reliable of those. Do not confuse it with TimeMap.org historical maps.

- Amazon: site announcements follow the mall’s local calendar.
- Google Trends: demand heat, not the time of day.
Limitations
Broken HTTPS, flaky HTTP, hostile cookie script. No holidays, tickets, or API. DST freshness unverified. Chinese-first UI. Do not use it as the only time source for an SLA.
Verdict
Try 24timemap when you need New York or Berlin “now”; if it fails, switch to the system clock immediately. CS and listing schedules still need public holidays on top of the offset.
