The Technical Barriers Resource Network at tbt.sist.org.cn did not load on 2026-09-06 — connections reset. Do not put it in a same-day certification SOP. It is the public door to the Shenzhen Market Access Technical Measures platform, run by the Technical Barriers to Trade Institute inside the Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology (SIST), a municipal market-supervision unit.
