Ruida RCL (rclfortk.com) is a TikTok Shop creator-outreach assistant, not a logistics product. The site calls it a “TikTok AI influencer connection assistant”. Shape: Chrome extension plus a membership console to search creators in Affiliate, send DMs / targeted invites, and track samples and orders. Chrome Web Store listing: “锐达RCL-TK店铺运营AI助手”, developer site rclfortk.com. Chrome-Stats dates the listing to 22 Aug 2024; versions were still shipping in 2026 (Web Store 3.6.2 in Jan 2026; stats 3.6.5 in Mar 2026). Install base is about 1,000 users with a 5.0 score from one rating — not a review sample.
The job is narrow: Affiliate has too many creators to tap by hand. Ruida sells a “full” live creator database, “10,000+ invites/day”, and DMs that mix text, images and product cards. Security copy says IP/fingerprint match the shop, a browser sandbox, and human-like input. The partner strip includes Hubstudio, AdsPower and TKFFF — it expects to run inside an antidetect browser, not replace one.
Whether bulk invites break TikTok’s terms is not discussed on the homepage. Treat platform enforcement as the first risk: muted DMs, or a shop/account hit. This page does not document evasion.

Community feedback
Independent community is effectively none. One Chrome five-star; homepage unnamed quotes (“GMV several times”, “+54% creator GMV share”) are not statistics. English Reddit does not discuss this Chinese extension. The store lists developer email j262492438@gmail.com (personal Gmail, omitted from frontmatter). Support is on-site contact plus paid CS. Treat the silence as a signal.
Competitive positioning
Versus other TK inviters such as DataStar, Ruida at least prints shop-tier prices on the home page; install and review counts are still tiny. Versus Hubstudio it is not a browser. Versus TKFFF it is an executor, not a nav site. Versus human BD it is fast and brand-blind. Nothing offers “compliant and 10k invites/day” — that number is why you slow down.
