Kuafu (跨赋, also branded 明心跨赋) is the export VAT/consumption-tax refund product of Shenzhen Mingxin Digital Intelligence Technology. It is for sellers who declare goods out of China, not for UK/EU VAT registrations. The official site is aikuafu.com. This catalogue previously pointed at a Wenjuanxing form on wjx.top — that is a lead magnet, not the product.

What you are buying is a way to line up purchase invoices, customs declarations, logistics, and FX proceeds so you can file China's export refund (or exemption) under 9610, 9710, 9810, or 0110. After SAT Announcement No. 3 of 2025, 9810 overseas-warehouse shipments can pre-refund on departure and true-up after sale, which is exactly the paperwork mess software vendors sell into. Kuafu packages that as AI refund, bookkeeping, risk scans, tax filing, and document management, sold either as a system (direct) or as fully managed agency work.

The homepage says the company was founded in 2020, is a national high-tech and “little giant” specialist firm, and is a core contractor of a national cross-border e-commerce “sunshine” public-service platform. Partner pages also say 2017 founding and a 2021 product launch — dates are not cross-checked. 2026 public notes include a Hong Kong entity, offices in Guangzhou, Wuhan and Changsha, and a CAC deep-synthesis algorithm filing. The site shows phone 189-2465-7101; the “try login” button goes to fap.bigbrighttech.com.

Core features and advantages

Multi-mode export refunds

Coverage claimed: general trade 0110 plus e-commerce 9610 / 9710 / 9810. For overseas-warehouse sellers, pre-refund on departure needs a clean split between sold and unsold goods and the “HWC-YT” business-type flag. Kuafu markets one-stop customs plus refund filing, HS classification, document matching, and risk checks. Eligibility is still statutory: general-taxpayer status, refund qualification, matching special VAT invoices and customs forms, and proceeds collected inside the deadline. Software does not waive that.

AI documents, books, and risk scans

The homepage contrasts “manual” with “Kuafu AI”: auto collection/archive, voucher generation, auto-fill, and “1,000+” risk points (vendor claim). The operating model is AI plus human advisors for exceptions. Fully managed copy says you supply documents in a WeChat group and wait for the refund; direct mode puts your finance team in the system.

Two delivery models

A 2024 Global Digital Trade Expo write-up describes a direct model (the merchant orchestrates forwarder, customs broker, and tax) and an agency model (the agent exports and collects FX, then issues an agency certificate so the merchant files the refund). Park / forwarder / broker counts in that article are organiser/vendor figures. Logistics and financing are add-on interfaces, not free freight.

Supported platforms

Kuafu sits on the China export side of customs and tax. It is not a Seller Central app. The site says it can connect ERP, logistics, and banks; the homepage does not list ERP names. Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and DTC all qualify if the goods leave China under a refundable customs regime. Destination VAT, IOSS, and EPR are a different purchase (see Cross Tax Cloud / Evatmaster). “Nationwide coverage” plus 2026 branch openings do not mean every customs mode is live in every city.

Who it's for

Mid-size sellers with special VAT invoices whose refund already exceeds software or agency fees.
Factories/brands that are general taxpayers and need a system, not only a bookkeeper.
Small teams buying fully managed filing who can still produce contracts, logistics, and proceeds evidence.
Skip it if you have no invoices (“goods without tickets”), you only use the exemption path, or you actually need EU VAT.

Concrete use: after a 9810 departure, decide whether pre-refund applies; then reconcile customs quantity, invoices, marketplace sales, and FX. If sales and export quantities do not match, do not force the filing — a SAT inquiry costs more than the service fee.

Pricing and value

No public tariff. A company article describes the industry agency range as about 1%–5% of the refund, with managed service cheaper for recurring volume. That is not Kuafu's 2026 list price. Customs brokerage and document fees may sit on top. Contract for: percent of refund, per-declaration, or annual seats.

A refund returns VAT you already paid; the vendor fee is extra. No qualifying input VAT means no refund, system or not. “File and receive the same day” is homepage contrast copy. SAT and Treasury clocks are not the vendor's. A separate article claims average cycles inside 45 days — also vendor language.

Community feedback

No independent long reviews turned up on Reddit, Zhihu, or CIFNews comment threads. What exists is an AMZ123 listing, expo copy, Amazon seller-event appearances, and city-opening posts. Support is advisor WeChat groups, not ticket IDs. Before signing, demand the customs-mode list, how inquiries are handled, whether you still pay on a failed filing, and whether data can be exported to the next accountant.

Competitive positioning

Cross Tax Cloud and Evatmaster file destination VAT; that is a different invoice. Collection providers sometimes introduce refund partners; their core product is still the wallet. A traditional customs broker plus a certified tax agent can do the same work without an “AI managed” wrapper. Kuafu's claimed difference is multi-mode e-commerce plus software, not a special tax rate.

Limitations

AI, same-day refunds, and “1,000+ risks” are unverified marketing. Founding-year copy conflicts. The old catalogue URL was a survey. You remain the taxpayer if documents, FX entity, or 9810 true-up fail. No public SLA. No destination VAT.

Verdict

Use Kuafu (or a peer) when export volume, invoices, and 96/97/9810 “sunshine” filing are real. If you have no invoices, or you need EU VAT, this is the wrong SKU. Next step: open aikuafu.com or call the number on the site, confirm your customs mode and pricing in a contract, then sign.
